I’d like to clarify something right away, as I was initially confused myself — this house is located on the territory of a campsite, but it has a fenced-in area, a separate parking lot and entrance, as well as access to the campsite grounds. This is very convenient because you can also use the campsite’s infrastructure — a children’s playground, a field for playing football or badminton, a bar, etc. The location itself is just amazing — beautiful nature, a river just 20 meters away, few people, peace and quiet. You can go for hiking, ride bikes or go boating on the river. By the way, you can rent a boat at the campsite for that. The river is very calm, so it's not difficult to row even against the current. It’s a real pleasure because the scenery is truly beautiful, and you can enjoy boating for hours. The house itself, the furniture, and the equipment are quite old, but everything works and is comfortable enough. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, a large living room, a kitchen, and separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and another separate toilet and bathroom, which is very convenient. There were 5 adults and 3 children in our group, and there was enough space for everyone. There is also a large grill on the terraсe. About 10 minutes away by car is the larger town of Týn nad Vltavou, where there are cafes, supermarkets, and more. If you’re looking for more than just nature, there are interesting nearby places like České Budějovice, the beautiful Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle, Český Krumlov and others. Overall, I highly recommend it!

It would be nice to renovate the stairs to the upper floor :), but nothing critical
