Extremely comfortable beds, nice amenities, and that breakfast bar is PHENOMENAL! Great shower - lovely water pressure and plenty of heat.

The bathroom fan was useless. It SOUNDED like it was running 24/7, and there was no on/off switch I could find, but the whole bathroom was soggy with condensation after every shower and the floor was a bit slippery as a result. The single bath mat wasn't quite enough, as with 2 people using the facility it couldn't quite dry out completely between uses (you run out of places to hang wet towels very quickly). Also, the housekeeping staff hadn't checked the containers of hair conditioner, skin lotion, or Kleenex before arrival - the 1st two were empty and there were only five tissues left in the box.

Extremely clean, very friendly and accommodating staff; helping with suggestions; very personable, including housekeeping. It felt almost like home from home; very quiet and restful after long travel and day activities.

Can’t think of any; I am a low maintenance traveler and it is very restful in clean environment and friendly staff.

Right off the highway so easy to find. Near plenty of restaurants. Had fire pits and seating outside for the evening.

Only one elevator and we were on the 4th floor. Took a long time to arrive and was slow moving. Other than that, it was fine.

Cutie patio area out back, everyone is friendly, my pup was treated with treats by each staff member, good breakfast and good location as far as being close to stores and close enough to hiking as well!

I didn’t care for the beds. For what we paid, I would expect nicer beds.

Unfortunately we didn't wake up in time for breakfast. The location was easy to find.

The only complaint would be that the bathroom fan wasn't working and that it was really dusty. There was also something dried on the one bathroom wall.

Very modern decor n comfort. Liked the outdoor seating as well as seating in l9bby area. Room was comfortable and not crowded. Loved the color scheme. Nice touch having a night light in bathroom. I planned to use indoor pool but there were a handful of kids so I chose to let them have their fun.

Claiming to be "pet friendly" at a charge of $50 is a bit extremely hi price. Perhaps "pets allowed" is better phrase. If you are "friendly" the charge would be half the price, there would be water bowls outside, somewhere in l9bby and perhaps a bowl of biscuits at check in desk. That's being friendly!

We were welcomed by Rhonda and her staff who made us feel like family. My family and I will stay at Sleep Inn again when we visit Hocking Hills again.

Would not accept my cancellation less than 24 hours after I made the reservation.

Front desk gentleman was awesome super friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't super great. But we appreciated the menu the night before and also that you served hot breakfast. Location was great. Walked to dinner each night and close to downtown area or going to Hocking Hills.

AC unit smelled a bit musty and the window shade was broken. Beds squeaked when you moved around.

Everything was neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered tips about restaurants that gave discounts for staying at Sleep Inn. Breakfast was good in the morning

Location clean extremely friendly and helpful staff both at the front desk and the housekeepers.

Wasn’t aware that rooms with guests staying multiple nights did not get their rooms cleaned every day. Ran out of towels twice and the room had no extra towels only two.

Location was good, close proximity to Hocking Hills. Water dispenser in the lobby was helpful. People at the front desk were nice.

The hallway and room smelled musty and like air freshener trying to cover up the musty smell. The heating and cooling unit seemed old and noisy. Checkout is noon and when we came back to our room from hiking at 11 AM to get cleaned up they had already turned off our key and we had to go all the way back downstairs which was very frustrating. The elevator takes forever even though there are just three or four floors. The breakfast could use some improvement, like some better fresh fruit rather than oranges that look like they've been there for two weeks, and maybe oatmeal.

There was an air freshener scent added to the air, it was coming out of the air conditioner. It was so strong we completely turned off the unit.

I thought the price was a bit high, perhaps the rural location?

To change dirty towels, they asked to bring the dirty towels to exchange with the good ones. Didn't find it polite.

The staff, especially Spencer, was amazing. They were pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and that we had everything we needed. Spencer gave great advice on things to do and places to eat and shop in the area.

The room had a bit of dog smell when we arrived but once we turned on the air it dissipated.

My husband and I came to the area for an impromptu one night Hawking Hills experience. We were unable to stay at the lodge because they required a two nights stay. We were worried that the sleep in would be too far from the trails, but the location was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was immaculate. The free breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying at the sleep in for anyone who wants to visit Hawking Hills.

Great variety at breakfast and good for families. Great other amenities like grill and patio where you can make food. Loved the room amenities like a fridge and microwave. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming to us!

The room not being cleaned each day was very different than I expected. Being in a hotel I would expect that to be done each day.

The staff here went above and beyond for me and my wife’s honeymoon. I let them know in my booking we were going to be staying for our honeymoon and when we arrived they left flowers, a congratulations card, and a cake! It was such a kind gesture and the cake was amazing! Staff is always kind and courteous and happy to help with anything you need or give recommendations on things to do around the area. The GM of this hotel goes above and beyond and makes sure you feel welcome. They have complimentary dinner on Wednesday and I will say it was so good! It exceeded our expectations! Breakfast is always a hit and their coffee is always fresh. Bedrooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. We will be lifetime customers for this hotel it’s the best of the best!
