I liked the peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, and overall ambiance of the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The service could have been a little faster during busy hours. Other than that, the overall experience was perfect.

1. Lift did not work for 2 days and our room was in the 5th floor.
2. After every room cleaning service, some or the other item would not be replaced like floormat or bathrobe or towels, we had to call and ask for them again.
3. The mini fridge did not work for the 1st two days and when asked for ice bucket, it was not provided and the fridge was replaced only on the 3rd day.
4. In the breakfast area, the items which we orderd, like dosa, took forever to come, a couple of days, they did not even serve the ordered items.
5. The hot and cold water knob inside the bathroom did not function properly, it was turning 360 degrees and we had to take some time everytime to set it properly.
6. The kettle in the room smelled horribly bad.
