About this apartment rental
This Luxury Apartment, which comes with a Roof Terrace, is located on the upper floors of a four storey period building on the high street, next to Propeller Coffee , and set in the centre of Sale’s vibrant bar and restaurant area, just yards from the Metro-link to Old Trafford, Media City & Manchester City Centre as well as the Airport.
The Entrance Hall takes leads you up two flights of stairs to the Apartment which you enter via the Kitchen. Along with the usual Kitchen appliances it includes an American style fridge freezer, with ice and filtered water, an oven range with a gas hob and electric fan ovens, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee maker. The Kitchen is also equipped with an array of storage cupboards and granite work surfaces.
The Kitchen looks out onto, and provides direct access to, the Roof Terrace which has an L shaped patio sofa with an outside fire place (logs can be purchased by prior arrangement and delivered to the apartment). There are also external speakers linked to the Kitchen radio / CD Auxiliary.
Up the stairs from the Kitchen is the main Lounge which has a double height ceiling towards the front and comes with Sash Double Windows with blackout curtains. The Lounge has contemporary art and furnishings and is equipped with 65” smart Samsung TV, Wi-fi and a glazed office / make-up table with a chair and lighted make-up mirror.
To the rear of the Lounge is Bedroom Two which has a double bed, remote controlled blackout blinds, a wardrobe with mounted TV and a chest of draws.
From the main Lounge you access up a small flight of stairs to the Bathroom which comes with a walk-in shower as well as a double ended centre filled bath.
From the Bathroom you can move further up the stairs to the Master Bedroom which is in the eaves of the property and benefits from a glazed window which overlooks the Lounge and has louvered plantation shutters. There is a rococo style bed with side tables, a TV and wall speakers for aux audio along with a number of drawers built into the eaves walls. There is also a walk-in wardrobe just outside the Bedroom door which incorporates rails, shoe racks and storage for cases as well as a build-in safe to lock away those valuable items.

First time use of vrbo, whole process was easy and straightforward. The flat was exactly as described, clean, very well appointed and the check-in personnel were helpful, can't fault it.
