-THIS LOVELY CONDO FILLS QUICKLY! 12th FLOOR, 2 KING BDRM 2 BATH. OCEANFRONT CONDO . WE NOW HAVE A 50" SMART TV IN MASTER BEDROOM , A 70" IN LIVING AREA, AND 50" IN SECOND BEDROOM.
Picture yourself, if you will, relaxing on the sandy-white beach of a getaway tropical paradise, enjoying the warm Florida sun and the cool ocean breezes--even while you listen to the emerald green Gulf ocean waters lapping against the white-sand shoreline, dotted with colorful seashells.
You can make this vacation dream become reality by staying in our family's treasured second home at beautiful Ocean Villa. It truly is a beachfront paradise; thus, we are sure you will not be disappointed in a memory-making beach vacation made possible by staying in our Ocean Villa unit.
Its oceanfront view is breathtaking, and its sophisticated, upscale designer furnishings are striking.
Unlike the typical larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Villa is only 125 units, allowing its 200 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos.
Ocean Villa resort features include a pool deck sporting two pools (an indoor/outdoor seasonally heated pool and an additional outdoor pool), hot tub, Pergola-covered barbecue grills (2) and picnic area, and upscale pool furniture.
In addition, a sauna, steam room, and oceanfront fitness center, with view overlooking the pools and beach and well-equipped with exercise equipment, are available for use by our Ocean Villa guests.
Three high-speed elevators allow easy access to the covered parking garage on the two lower levels, as well as third-floor access to a covered walkway connected to an additional covered parking garage across the street.
The fully-equipped, upgraded kitchen includes maple cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. You can experience breakfast seaside, and indescribable sunsets at dinner, should you decide to dine in, whether outside on the spacious beachfront balcony or indoors.
Our unit has an airy feel, with over-sized sliding glass doors opening onto an exceptionally over-sized balcony overlooking the sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf. It is perfect for outside entertaining with a beachfront view.
A trolley service stop is conveniently located at the corner of Ocean Villa, allowing scenic transportation to various locations of interest along the beach.

We absolutely loved this place! It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Stephanie was quick to respond if we had questions and was very accommodating. We hope to come back next year!

This condo always feels like home when we stay. The balcony is my favorite spot in the mornings to have coffee and breakfast. This condo is my goto every year we go down to PCB. The owner has put money back into the condo with new living furniture plus a new washer & dryer.

Just as others described! Incredible view from the balcony! Clean and spacious apartment, kitchen stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal. Beach just steps away. Parking available under the units or across the street - all very convent. Super Walmart within 5 min. Owner super accommodating, I made an error in booking the unit, Stephanie did everything possible to help and correct it. Definitely will be back! Thank you!
