The place was as advertised and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Parking is limited if you have cars. Need to keep doors closed to the outside otherwise the house could get buggy. Would recommend as a place to stay,

My family and I really enjoyed the property. We go to St. John every year and this is the first time we’ve stayed here. I wouldn’t over look the pool house food either. Small kitchen but the cook made the best Cuban sandwich I’ve had.

The location was great, the private pool was so nice to have, especially to watch the sunset from! The location was great, just 5 min cab ride from the main town/ restaurants! Would 100% recommend and hopefully we’ll be back soon!

We had a wonderful time staying in Papaya Villa, The Hills, St. John, USVI. The villa had all the essentials and was in a beautiful location on the island. I highly recommend any of the Villas in The Hills.
