Enjoy a beautiful get away without all the hustle and bustle of larger communities. Ten Mile Island is immaculately maintained with all the pleasures of home. Kids have plenty of room to run without worry. Relax and listen to the nature around you. Enjoy the Colorado mountain scenery. Ten Mile Island is nestled between Mt. Royal and 2 adjourning mountains. With Silverthorne only a few miles away, shopping is plentiful. If there aren't enough coffee shops, candy stores and ski shops in Frisco, enjoy the Outlet Stores in Silverthorne. Frisco has a Wholefoods for shoppers as well. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails available which includes cross-country skiing in the winter as well as the best downhill resorts in central Colorado. The area includes Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail, and Beaver Creek. 2brm condo non-smoking and no pets, sleeps 6, and has a Lazy Boy pull out. Master Bedroom has private bath, additional bedroom has vanity, and a main bath. Each bedroom has queen size beds with luxurious bedding. Kitchen is fully furnished including a pantry, with granite countertops and includes small appliances and large dining room. There is a wood burning fireplace with wood supplied. There is an electric grill on the balcony and ski's are to be stored there. Located above Ten Mile Creek, you can listen to the peaceful water. Wifi, and TV available in each bedroom. Complimentary Netflicks, Comcast cable and availability to any subscription you might have. Swimming pool, hot tub, and Sauna available. Summit County shuttle within walking distance only 1/2 block away, Dining available for any pallet in Old Town Frisco. Any sport or activity your family would want. Check for local events, including barbeque weekends, craft weekends and don't miss the 4th of July downtown parade with fireworks over Lake Dillon. World Champion Ice Carving each year in Breckenridge. We provide all you could want.

Spacious, clean condo. Walking distance to downtown Frisco shops and restaurants as well as to Copper Mountain shuttle. This was a huge convenience, about a 10/15 minute shuttle ride to the mountain. We had a great stay!

Had a great time staying at this listing. We had a ski trip planned for all the Epic resorts in the area and the place was perfect as Frisco is pretty much in between Vail, Keystone, and Breckenridge. Unfortunately for us the hot tub was out of service while we were there but enjoy our stay nonetheless.

The condo in great shape and very comfortable. Frisco is a great location for skiers - an easy commute to Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek. It's also a short walk from the condo to main street and it's great restaurants. Much better than the typical resort offerings.

2 flights of stairs at 9,000 feet can take the wind out of you. Love the 2 bedrooms & 2 separate baths. extra sink in the little bedroom (not a half bath). The place is well used but everything functions. Locker rooms, Hot tub and Sauna were closed due to COVID but the pool was open? Garbage house was overflowing. Didn't check out the laundry room. One restaurant 200 meters away was very good. Everything else starts about . 3 of a mile away and further on Main Street. Big stores one exit up. Central to several great ski areas. People in this area have an attitude but people from NYC probably won't notice.

Enjoyed our stay at Ten Mile Island condo. Location was great. Around the corner from I-70 and walking distance to downtown Frisco. No need to bring a car to Copper Mountain when you can take the free shuttle bus. Just a short walk to the corner to catch the shuttle. The condo was perfect and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped which is always a plus if you like to cook. The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax those muscles after a full day of skiing.

Property is perfectly located in the middle to get you just about anywhere in Summit County. Well maintained , clean , spacious , and plenty of kitchen items to handle a family. Parking was plentiful during our stay. Annie was a great host who answered anything we needed even during the busy holiday season. With all the space in the unit, we would’ve liked to have had more than one couch to lounge on after a day of activities. Great stay in a great clean unit with everything you need.

Everything was great and totally as described. Pictures are accurate and apartment is easy to access. We stayed with our 2 kids (shared a bed) and was very comfortable. Frisco is a beautiful town only 10-15 minutes to Copper, Breck or Keystone with great restaurants and picturesque Main Street.

We stayed at Ten Mile Island and skied Breck while others skied Copper. Great locale for both and convenient to the shops and restaurants of Frisco. The condo is very comfortable with a separate dining area and the kitchen seemed brand new. Beds were comfortable and two full bathrooms are a plus. Working fireplace with a good supply of wood and tools to start and manage the fire. Annie is very responsive and a great host.

Great location that is easy to get to from the interstate. Very reasonable price for the location and size. My 9-year old daughter said the sofa bed was comfortable, but I can't confirm that for adults since I didn't try it out. Enjoyed the large size of the den and dining room. Lots of closet space! Very short and convenient walk to the pool/hot tub building. And I liked that there is a bathroom area in that building so we could change into dry clothes to avoid running back to the condo in the freezing temps. The reasons for only 3 stars - Lacking enough parking spaces, so one may have to park a bit away and walk to the building. And the biggest drawback is the climb to the 3rd floor, several times with luggage and ski gear. Even if there was a dumb waiter for sending your heavy stuff up, it would have made that climb more tolerable. It is a workout.

We were very fortunate to secure a stay in this lovely condo that is convenient to several area ski resorts including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and A-Basin. Vail and Beaver Creek are less than an hour's drive away. The condo is located at the heart of Main Street in Frisco with grocery stores and shopping very nearby. The condo was very clean and well-equipped with all necessary household appliances, dishes, bedding, and toiletries. The free shuttle is within a short walking distance. Cable and Netflix were available and easy to access. Annie was so pleasant and easy to deal with. She promptly responded to any inquiries we made and checked in both at the front end and at the end of our stay to ensure our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Annie for a wonderful experience on our Colorado ski vacation.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this condo over the holidays. It's extremely comfortable and feels very roomy. All the furniture and bedding like new and the place was very clean. Beautiful well equipped kitchen with high end dishes, pots, cutlery etc. We loved the wood burning fireplace with plenty of fire starter and wood. The hot tub and indoor heated pool felt great after a day on the mountain. The complex is right off the interstate though quiet and walkable to downtown. Plenty to do in the immediate area for everyone. This is a fantastic place for 6 people and the price point is very reasonable. Annie was extremely helpful and responsive. She truly cares about her renters experience. We will be back.
