The house was just a lovely in person as in the photos. Communication with the host and property manager was kind and timely. The views of the mountains were beautiful. I would definitely rent this property again.

13Ten Oasis is such a comfortable, beautiful property in a perfect area of Palm Springs. Josh’s communication was clear, thorough, and wonderfully accommodating. The interior is nicely decorated. The amenities left us want for nothing. And the pool/spa is unmatched! Thank you for a wonderful time. We will be back!

Wanted to get away from the cold for a bit, so we planned a week of golf. The accommodations at this VRBO were exceptional, beyond meeting expectations. Here were some reasons:
* Good and easy access to communicate with home manager;
* Very clean accommodations;
* VERY impressed with the resources of utensils for eating and cooking when we choose to 'eat in' - plates, glasses, flatware, pots/pans, various utensils for cooking.
* Will plan to stay here on return.
