This amazing home and location is convenient to Research Park (less than 4 miles), Bridge Street Town Centre, U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville International Airport, UAH, Madison or Huntsville Hospital, and much more.
Your home away from home in Madison/Huntsville is splendid. Step into the foyer and feel the energy of soaring ceilings, chandler and curved stair case. To your left, an elegant yet inviting dining room. To the right, an office suitable for closing a million dollar deal. Now, move through the foyer into a relaxing sunken den with a 65' HD flat screen and bamboo flooring. In the kitchen and eating areas you will enjoy black granite, stainless steel appliances, 28 bottle wine cooler, and stone flooring. Kitchen is always well stocked with cooking essentials, oils, spices etc. Just off of the kitchen is the huge master bedroom with double glass doors opening to the patio, 52' HD flat screen and master bath, very well appointed with great attention to comfort. The master bath has a new stone/tile his and hers rain head shower. The granite vanity has two vessels with water fall faucets. Upstairs; there are three more bedrooms, freshly painted and decorated. The baths have newly placed granite with double vessels in each bath. At the end of the hall, open the door to your very own disco-tech/exercise room complete with a dance floor, disco ball, stereo, cd’s, wet bar and a completely mirrored wall (or exercise/play/dance). The back yard; (wood fence, very private). Enjoy the pool (18 by 40+) with chairs, tables, stone patio (550 sq ft) with built in grill, large umbrellas, lots and lots of concrete. Pool remains open year round.
Traveling with the motorhome? Within the fenced yard, there is an 80 x 12' concrete motorhome pad with electrical and water and sewer.
We will mention a few things that seem small but can be important to guest.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's
High quality mattresses and bedding/extra sheets etc.
Every bedroom has small fans for added comfort and white noise if needed, plus ceiling fans.
Large two car garage with remotes.
Most kitchen basics available. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes available. Most cooking spices and basics.
Approximately 15 to 20 pool chairs and three loungers.
Very strong WiFi (Xfinity) signal throughout the property to include the patio.

We were there with 2 of our employees and our 2 year old daughter. This property is perfect for 5 to 8 people with plenty of room for each to have some privacy. Al was great to work with and we will definitely be staying here again. Great patio and pool area!

I picked this property because it looked as if it was spacious. I had my family coming in for my wedding and instead of doing a stuffy dinner I wanted them to get to know each other. The house was awesome. It had everything you could want. Fully supplied with everything. It was spotless and had so much room. It also had a dance/party room which was fun for the kids and adults. I would recommend this property to anyone. This is the best homeaway property I have stayed at and probably be the best ever. Thank you property managers for making my family feel at home!

The house was everything and more that the pictures show. The family loved the pool and the house truly has everything you need. We've rented properties before with VRBO but this one was the best. Communication with the owner was great and everything worked as it should.
The house and furnishings were in great condition, we were a party of 4 so we had lots of room, there are plenty of plates / utensils for larger groups.
House is on a sub-division away from the hustles and bustles of Huntsville, but with lots of things to do a few minutes away. We used it as a base and went travelling around to see lots of attractions.
I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone and when we get down to the area we will rent again
