Our housekeeper is certified to clean and sanitize the condo. Cleaned & Sanitized between each guest for your safety and peace of mind.

2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1272 sq ft, This great condo is just one block from Old Town Florence. Condo has just about anything you might want or need to feel right at home including a deck with gas BBQ. There is a 46" TV, DVD player with many movie disks to choose from. Also, Roku for Hulu, Netflix etc. and free WIFI. Furnishings and amenities that you would expect in a 5 Star vacation rental. All you have to bring is your clothes. The large Master bedroom has a King Bed; master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed; guest bathroom has tub and shower. Covered, numbered parking spot in lower level garage or park in upper parking lot adjacent to front door.
Laurel Crossings Condominium is just steps away from some of the finest bistros, coffee shops and restaurants that Old Town Florence has to offer. Enjoy the many galleries and antique shops. Just a couple of blocks from the Florence Events Center. Or drive over to the Three Rivers Casino for some gaming, with 5 restaurants, just a 5 minute drive. The area features many activities including hiking, fishing, golfing, walking on the beach. Rent a dune buggy and try riding the dunes. If beach combing is in your plans, South Jetty is 2 1/2 miles south or head north to Heceta Beach, about 5 miles. Visit the Sea Lion Caves and the famous Heceta Lighthouse, just north of Florence. Fishing, visit one of the 27 lakes in the Florence area and catch some trophy bass. Fish the Siuslaw River for some great Steelhead and Salmon. Or stroll along the boardwalk and check out the boats at the docks. Watch people cleaning fish and crab at the cleaning station. Just a beautiful, exciting or relaxing environment for your vacation getaway.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It had everything we needed, and the folder of information was extremely detailed. The location was perfect --walking distance to downtown, and a short drive to the sites we wanted to visit. Having a designated parking space was a plus!

Linda has quite literally anticipated your every need. Every time I needed something, I found it. It was amazing. Beautiful and spacious condo right in Old Town. Everything that we had scheduled for our stay with within a mile. We appreciated having a parking spot. We were already wishing we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend Linda's place and hope to be back ourselves. Thanks for being such a wonderful host!

I'm very impressed with how well stocked the cupboards and bathrooms are. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Close to downtown and the water and many good restaurants. Walking distance to just about everything. This was our second stay in this condo and it won't be our last.

We found the condo very comfortable and spacious. There was also lots of food and appliances in the cabinets and refrigerator. The location was extremely good for visiting Old Town, just a few steps away from the heart of Old Town. Instructions from the owner were thorough and easy to follow. The only possible downside was the lack of a view of the river, although there was a nice view of the bridge from some of the windows. Also there were sporadic times when noise was a problem from delivery trucks unloading right underneath our bedroom window including one night at 2:30 a.m.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo in Old Town Florence. It is light, bright, very comfortable and spotless. It is a short one minute walk to Bay Street, with so many yummy restaurants and fun stores. We ate dinner in Old Town both nights, but the kitchen is well supplied if we had wanted to cook our meals. It was hard to leave, and we already look forward to our next stay! We enjoy visiting Florence, and we hope this vrbo condo is always available when we go!

The condo was absolutely beautiful with all the accomodations for a wonderful stay! Loved the parking space available as it can be hard to park downtown. The balcony was delightful! This home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were in walking distance to Old Town, which had great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed visiting 2 nearby lakes and attending the Rods and Rhoddies car show. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We really appreciated all of the amenities the owner provided. It was just like being at home!

The property was great. But I was appalled at all the fees VRBO tacked on. When they got done the fees were more than the cost of the rental. And forced to buy insurance did not set well with me. It would be more honest if the fees were advertised in the property cost!

I've stayed at several VRBO properties and this is, by far, the nicest. It has the nicest appointments and is better stocked than any I have rented. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this property but you may have to wrestle with me for time!!
