Welcome to the beautiful white sand beaches of Alabama's Gulf Coast! Enjoy your stay in the brand new, beautiful 3 bedroom, 4 bath condo that easily sleeps 10! Our 15th floor unit is unique in the fact that you have glorious views of the Gulf ! Large open floorplans offer visitors room to spread out and the huge balcony invites you to take in the unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico for miles.

Wake up each morning with spectacular views from each of the bedrooms. This unit features flat screen televisions in each room and a large LCD in the living room. A wet bar with ice maker and a large kitchen makes entertaining a dream.

When you are ready to leave the unit, right downstairs you can enjoy the huge indoor pool, sauna or fitness room. And right outside, this complex features the only lazy river on the beach along with water slides and another large pool for guests of all ages to enjoy. If you are so inclined, walk directly onto one of the most beautiful, white sand beaches in the world!

This unit is a non-smoking unit. All renters must be 25 years of age to rent and there are no pets allowed. There are a few things that needs to be seen about. There are a few things that are breaking the kitchen faucet, the washing machine is making a very loud noise and shakes. Not enough towels, wash cloth or hand towel and they smelled the smoke. Living room furniture is worn out. I think it’s too nice of a place to have those little things that are wrong that needs to be fixed.

There were thing in the room that needed fixed but it was just typical things that might get over used from a rental nothing major. Overall the condo was very nice and great location right off the elevator which allowed more space to leave beach chairs.

Very nice accommodations. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy each other’s company and have our own space too. Could use a deep cleaning of the floors and newer linens for the beds, other than that, our stay was great!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The accommodations were wonderful. We had an amazing view from our balcony. It was a short walk to the beach. The lazy river and indoor/outdoor swimming pools were nice. The location was close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back!!

Condo needs updating & refreshing. Kitchen needs more inventory. Terrible pots & pans. No plastic ware at all. We bought some & left it for next visitor. Only one good sharp knife for chopping. Patio furniture was rusted. Just not he caliber condo we were used to at Phoenix West. We will book again there but not that condo.

We have stayed in this unit before and while we enjoyed it this time as well, the kitchen was disappointing. We spend the bulk of our vacation dollars on the condo, meaning we cook our meals instead of going out to eat. For a unit that sleeps 10 or more, cookware, utensils, etc are a necessity, and this kitchen came up lacking. We had to do some creative improvising. In the past, we were provided a couple of dishcloths, a small container of dish soap and at least one supply of dishwasher detergent. Not this time. I realize prices have gone up, but for the cost of the rental you’d think a tiny bottle of soap would be provided. We enjoy the amenities of the property but the kitchen in this unit was below standard. We won’t be renting this one in the future.

The check in process was difficult, I was not sent the unit number, so I could not get my parking pass right away and I spent 19 mins or so trying to get a hold of someone to get it to me, a phone number on the e mails would be very helpful, stay was great though

Overall a great stay!! Only downsides were dirty floors (which only bothered us because we had a little one crawling around) and pillows were not comfortable. Totally worth it for the space, amenities, and view!

We had a great trip. Boys had fun. Had a few probs w getting parking pass. Computers messed up. Wish they would enforce the no smoking and no kids in gym. Especially in swim suits. But condo was great. Bed was comfy. Only downside is paying a large cleaning fee and having to put up dishes. Strip the beds. And make sure clean before leaving. Kinda expensive. But a wonderful time. We will be back!

This was our 1st time staying in Alabama. It was nice, the condo needs a little updating, but view is to dye for. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the floors weren't cleaned very well, other than that it was great.

Overall the place was clean. my only complaint was the glass table dining room table had a chip in it and my grandbaby cut her finger open. It needs to be taken out There was no sheets for the pull out Bed. And there was not enough towels in the place. But overall it was a nice place

1. Might help to get the unit number BEFORE checking in. 2. Would have been nice to know the lazy river was going to be closed while we were there. One of the whole reasons we chose condo. (Other guests/owners were notified two weeks prior) 3. Floors of condo need a deep clean! The bottoms of my feet were black after walking around barefoot. 4. No hot pads/oven mitts in kitchen. Hard to use the oven when there is nothing to get pan out with.

First off Rafi a real one and will answer your questions every time, anytime. The apartment is very spacious, balcony is beautiful the view is to die for. There was a spacious bathroom attached to every bedroom! The only thing is the floor is dirty so wear flops around but if that stresses you out go down to the lazy river very relaxing!!!

This was our first time to visit Orange Beach and I hope to come back. The only issue with check-in was not having the room number, but one quick phone call to the owner and we quickly went to our room. We had one housekeeping issue and it was resolved the same day we called. The space and view were awesome!

You know damn well there's no view from all bedrooms which is why we payed over 2000 for this unit. Water leaks in master bathroom. Kitchen faucet one step away from falling off. Two toilets didn't work correctly. No linens for sofa-bed. Floors were just downright disgusting. Too bad y'all don't care about maintaining it, it's a nice condo. Wish I would have read the reviews before hand, cause y'all obviously don't care since all of this has already been reported. Have a blessed day.

This was a girlfriend trip (60 year olds). The check-in process could have been explained better by the owner as it would have saved time, confusion, and phone calls. Our unit was comfortable with a beautiful ocean view though none of the bedrooms had an ocean view. The kitchen was sparsely equipped for cooking so if you plan to do any cooking consider bringing what you will need. The same applies to essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, soap, detergents, etc. The beds were fairly comfortable, the rooms were nice and spacious as were the bathrooms and living areas. The tile floors need a deep clean. The bar area and ice machine were a very nice touch! The balcony and view were undoubtedly our favorite!

The unit was very nice, clean and spacious. Check-in took forever I stood in line about 30 minutes. There was not near enough towels, thank goodness we took extra towels and washcloths. And take your own pillow, theirs are terrible. Also no place to put your suitcase except the floor. But saying all that we had a great time and weather was great. This unit could be fantastic with just a few changes.

Rafi was awesome. The condo was not the cleanest,cooking pots were not the best. Not enough towels, mold in ice maker, and shower. They offer sofa bed but no linen. This condo is very nice but it needs a deep clean. The towels are old and the bed pads need to be replaced (a few stains yikes). There seems to be a communication issues with the owner and the property check in. The property would let us buy an extra parking spot and would not help or suggest where we could get one. We had 3 cars come in from 3 different places. The owners said they could help us out but when we got there they just said at the desk too bad we can’t help you because you are not renting thru us. Called the owner and he did give us a solution but we spent a few hours looking. This needs to be clear when reading about renting. This is really a nice location and we had toddlers and a teenager, there was lots for everyone to enjoy on this property.
