Tellico Village a Lakefront Residential Community, Southwest of Knoxville
Location: 10 minutes from Lenoir City. About 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. From I-75 take the Lenoir City exit (81), which is 2 miles south of I-40 and the house is 20 minutes east.
Accommodations: 2200 square foot ranch, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths.
Lake front, four bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, with large furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 car garage, large deck over looking the large back yard and scenic Tellico Lake and dock.
The house is completely furnished and consists of a large primary bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom, 2nd bedroom with king bed, 3rd bedroom with two full beds and a 4th bedroom with a queen bed. Tellico Village is a private residential community with golf and lakefront properties. The property is ideal for family vacations, golf holidays, fishing, boating, or just relaxing and enjoying the view.
The village has many amenities, including three private golf courses (other courses nearby), dining, recreation center and within easy driving distance of Knoxville activities. The University of Tennessee is accessible by boat or car for all of their football and basketball games as well as other University activities. Short day trips can be taken to the Smokey Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and other Tennessee areas.

You cannot beat the lake view, especially in the morning! The property was very good overall, becoming a little dated but was clean and organized very well. The main room was a very good place for family to gather. We stayed over the weekend for my daughter's graduation from UT and apartment move, so unfortunately we were very busy and didn't get to enjoy the lake or outdoor areas as much as we would have liked but still glad we went with the lake house instead of a hotel. We knew it was going to be a bit of a drive into Knoxville but the traffic did make the commute longer than anticipated. The neighborhood was wonderful, did not feel unsafe at all, even arriving after dark. I would book it again and hopefully get to explore the lake next trip!

All was efficient. There were clear directions, easy entry, media was good.We would book again if visiting the area.

The view is beautiful but the house could use a major upgrade. Very old and dated. It was so cold we had to drip the faucets. So if you plan on staying in the winter, beware of this drip drip sound all night.
