About this house rental
We love our St. George get away! You will love staying in this luxurious, well-stocked townhome...an amazing place to spend your vacation!
The two-story home boasts two primary suites with high-quality king beds and flat-screen tvs in each. The additional bedroom is fitted with a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed underneath--great fun for kids! The upstairs loft has a sofa sleeper, an additional flat screen TV and two ottomans that fold out to twin-size beds for additional guests. We also have two fold-out, twin-size floor mattresses for additional sleeping options.
The fully-stocked kitchen has plenty of room for 10 people to eat at the table and granite island. The family room and upstairs loft allow spacious gathering areas for TV/movie viewing (some DVDs provided), game playing (several games and puzzles provided) or just hanging out.
The backyard with grass and patio area includes space to play and visit as well. With a gas BBQ, dining tables, seating, a large shade umbrella and gas fire table, you can enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors.
On-site enjoy two pools, hot tubs, fitness room and spacious clubhouse with kitchen. There is also a children's playground. Adjacent to the property is a park with large fishing pond and picnic area.
Complementary wi-fi is provided in the home. For security, a video camera is located in the garage. Additional cameras are located at the community pool.

Beautiful home, well outfitted. We stayed in the area to tour the National Parks and hike. The house is wonderful for what we needed. The back patio is great, quiet place to sit after a long day of hiking. Julie & Jeff are great hosts, and provided us with a lot of 'insider information' on the area for other hikes, restaurants, and sites. Of the many, many VRBO homes I have stayed in, this is one of the best.

Booked a trip to St. George with three friends.Place was great - clean, as advertised and in a good spot.Host was gracious and a good communicator - we checked out a little late thanks to their communication.
