About this house rental
Location is the name of the game at the Beach Bungalow!
Set on the beach in our tiny beach town of surfing fame, you are a short stroll from everything you'll want from numerous restaurants, beach and surf shops, grocers, and seafood markets featuring fresh local fish and shrimp.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villas are a stone's throw from the beach with everything you'll need for a great beach vacation.
Along with the contemporary furnishing, custom hardwood floors and staircases, exotic tile work and incredible direct oceanfront views; each villa also has its own private tropical garden/deck area with your own private in ground spa.
Included are beach towels, beach chairs, toys, body boards, and umbrellas; along with full sets of linens and towels for each bedroom and bath. Plus the villa has a full size washer/dryer in your own garage where the beach equipment is also stored.
Both bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs. The master suite has a king bed and french doors leading to a private oceanfront balcony with an incredible oceanfront view. You can even watch the rocket launches from your private balcony!
The first floor of each 1490 sqft villa has a full kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room opening to your private, fully fenced tropical garden with hammock, barbecue, and your own private in ground spa.
If you are traveling with your four legged friend(s), they'll fall in love with laying around on the cooling French terracotta and marble floors and the early morning beach walks. Plus there's a good dog park nearby.

The Bungalow is fully licensed by the state of Florida (FL license #TAP1505304) and is a decades long local Chamber of Commerce member in very good standing, so your beach vacation will be in the best of hands.

Rob and Barb were wonderful hosts to my family and our 2 pups. House was amazing and on a quiet street directly across from the beach with many easy access points. Barb even took doggie pictures for us! We had everything we needed and then some. Easy walk to numerous stores and restaurants. I definitely want to stay again.

We had a great trip to the Banana Bungalow. The location is excellent, and the view from the master balcony is amazing from sun up to sun down. We rarely drove - with walkable access to the shops and restaurants. The area is safe for walking and running, and we really enjoyed coming back along the sound side before heading back to the beach. Our son went to Ryckman Park just about every day to play basketball so having that close by was great. Ryckman Park is also a great place to catch the sun set. Overall IndiaAtlantic Beach is a really cool spot, with close access to Melbourne & Melbourne Beach. It feels like you’re away from everything – but everything you need is easy to get to. The bungalow is really comfortable. We had warm weather all week, so we turned the AC off and enjoyed the weeklong breeze blowing through the house. The kitchen was big and functional – with everything we needed for beach week cooking. A lot was included with the rental, including linens, beach towels, and plenty of beach chairs & toys in the garage. Our teenage sons loved the hot tub – which was clean and comfortable and relaxing in the private setting out back. Rob is very helpful, and provided plenty of details on local things to do, and restaurants with takeout & outdoor dining. We are ready to go back!
