This Modern updated Villa is in Grand Villas at World Tour and has everything you'll need for your perfect get away. Master suite includes a King size bed, tray ceiling, flat screen TV and an adjoining master bath featuring his/her sinks. Bedroom #2 has 2 full sized beds and access to the 2nd adjoining full bathroom and a Smart TV. Each bedroom is equipped with upscale furniture & alarm clocks. The 2 full bathrooms include towels & hair dryers. Living room with vaulted ceilings is furnished with a leather sofa, love seat and chair as well as a flat screen Smart TV (internet ready) . Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops & breakfast bar, Keurig w/complimentary coffee also included. Hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. Washer/Dryer and all linens are included. Free WiFi, outside patio/balcony with tasteful seating to enjoy the sunsets and look over the beautiful World Tour Golf Course. Beautiful swimming pool which includes a common grilling area and lounge chairs.
This Condo community is located just off River Oaks Drive within the World Tour Golf Course, close proximity of HWY 501 and Hwy 17. Just a 10 minute drive from the Airport or to the beach and close to all the attractions that Myrtle Beach is famous for. Myrtle Beach State Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Tanger Outlets, The Market Commons, Cal Ripken Park, Grand Strand, Family Kingdom, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, NASCAR Speedpark, SkyWheel, Myrtle Waves Water Park, within minutes of River Oaks Golf list goes on!!!
We pride ourselves in the quality and cleanliness of this villa therefore there are no pets or smoking permitted inside of the Villa. No motorcycles, RVs or Campers permitted with in the condominium community.
Identification is required for age verification, no one under the age of 25 permitted to rent.
ATTENTION: Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we have adjusted our Check-in/Check-out times to allow for a thorough sanitizing between guests. Effective immediately check-out will be 10am. This location was great for us. The communication with the owners was fantastic. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Felt very comfortable would definitely stay there again. I was surprised that the club house did not have a better restaurant and bar, would’ve been nice. The pool was nice but a little small for the amount of people that were there.

Property was extremely clean and in immaculate condition. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook several breakfast and dinner meals. The view is the golf course from the patio balcony was beautiful. The community pool was very well maintained and enjoyed by our kids. We were within 10-15 minutes of the beach and all the activities Myrtle had to offer. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Deb & Steve's Villa. Check-in was a breeze with door pins and a detailed list of the villa, features and attractions emailed to us 3 days prior to our arrival. The 3rd floor location was almost effortless to access and unpack with the elevator onsite. The home was clean and had a comfy modern vibe (Didn't feel like grandmas house) with flat screens in every room and an HDMI access to plug up my Xbox for late night gaming after the kids were asleep! Fresh clean linens, ridiculous amount of towels, complementary coffee and bottled water on arrival was a plus. Everything was at max 10mins from the location which was very convenient for mid day breaks. Comfy leather couches (legs didn't stick as much as I thought). Loved the Cali King bed in the master and the kids were well rested on the 2 full size beds in the guest room. Pool passes were conveniently placed at the office desk in the hall along with a list of affordable places to eat and flyers/coupons for near by attractions. All that being said, I would definitely recommend this villa for your getaway or family vacation, would for sure book in the future!

This condo was a great place to stay for the week! We had everything we needed and thensome. Steve and Deb were great communicators. We especially appreciated extra amenities like water and coffee when we arrived after 2 days of travel. The condo is so clean and well decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, too.
