About this house rental
This beautiful five bedroom, two bath home is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city in New River. The hot tub, in a stunning desert setting provides an exceptional place from which to experience Arizona's unrivaled sunsets. The stars are almost close enough to touch as the location feels far from city lights as the Gavilan peak mountain blocks of the rest of the world. The resort includes a fire pit and a children’s play area. The backyard includes a huge chess set and synthetic grass.
Conveniently located approximately 45 minutes north of Phoenix's Sky Harbor International airport at exit #232 on Highway 17. New River is an easy drive to Carefree, Cavecreek, Scottsdale and Sedona, or a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Wakeboarding and water skiing are possible within 20 minutes at Lake Pleasant and downhill skiing and snowboarding are only 2 hours away in Flagstaff. There is great shopping at the Outlet Mall at Anthem (about a 10 minute drive). The popular Roadrunner restaurant and bar are within minutes of the resort and just 10 minutes away is a Walmart Super-center that is open 24 hours. In Anthem, just a few minutes south, children will love the numerous parks and play areas, including the train, skate board park and many restaurant You can golf at more than 25 golf courses that are within 40 minutes of this resort. There is also an option to have an archery lesson here on the property.
The home is completely furnished, The master bedroom has a king size bed. The office has a queen sized bed, there are two more bedrooms with queen beds and a bedroom between them with two twin size beds. The home is child friendly, pet friendly, and accommodating for all your entertaining as well.

Not as big or luxurious as the pictures. Initally had a big jungle gym in the back in the pictures on VRBO. When we got there with our kids in tow, there was no jungle gym. We were pretty upset and so were they. This was a huge reason why we chose this property to stay at. They didn't have basic things like a can opener, cookie sheets or water in the water dispenser. They did fill the water and bring us cookie sheets so that was nice but it was an inconveniece to have to ask. You also will not have access to the garage.
The property owner was nice and accomodating so that was very appreciated, but the property could use some TLC and some changes with hospitality in mind.
