About this house rental

This non-smoking non-pet townhome is minimally appointed without a lot of clutter and sits in a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. One large bedroom hosts a queen bed with an in-suite bathroom, a smaller bedroom also offers a queen bed with a bathroom in the hallway. The laundry appliances (washer and dryer) are clean, there is only one television in the living room - it's a smart TV with channels but no cable. The wireless Internet is fast. This is a GREAT location from which to see Tucson, to enjoy the wonderful restaurants nearby, or to simply rest, work, and walk the Riverwalk.

2nd time staying here. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Easy access to all of Tucson. Nice eating places nearby. Host is very easy to communicate with.

There was easy access to restaurants, shops, and points of interest from this condo. The shared pool was clean and typically empty. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
