French doors from both the bedroom and sitting room open onto a private patio overlooking a lake and beautiful woodlands. Deer, turkey and a large variety of waterfowl are constant visitors to this little corner of paradise. Enjoy coffee every morning in your private corner with nature.

Perfect for Ole Miss games. The property manager was able to find us a ride to the Grove and then we got picked up after the game. It was wonderful! Definitely a hidden gem.

Gorgeous property - Cool Water Farm. Alexandra was extremely helpful- as we were late in booking our stay for the Aggie vs Ole Miss game and we needed a place rest our heads…….. she found a private driver for us to help make the 30 min commute to campus in Oxford easier and so we did not have to deal with parking.
The cabin was just as pictured and bed was comfortable. If you are looking for solitude and rest- this is IT!

We found this property to be very comfortable and relaxing. It was exactly as we expected from the photos and description. It’s in a very beautiful rural setting, very private, and very peaceful. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. It would be a great place for a relaxing weekend getaway and we would happily stay here again.
