About this house rental
This home has been family owned for 3 generations enjoying all the nostalgia and excitement of the Jersey shore. This first floor unit has been completely renovated to provide all the modern amenities, while designed to maintain a historic appeal. You will notice refinished original hardwood floors, solid wood 5-panel doors, accents of seashore tiles, and a stained glass transom. All mattress sets are 'Heavenly Beds' by Simmons for luxurious comfort, and all bedrooms along with living and dining room have ceiling fans.
The kitchen provides open access to the living area and front porch, great for family gatherings and entertainment. Solid surface counter tops include a double sink and additional bar sink. The front enclosed porch also includes a breakfast area with a built-in window seat. Outside fencing provides a private area for sitting, watching the passer-bys and grilling! A gas Weber grill is available.
High-speed wireless internet is included with Hulu live streaming for all your local channels. . Outside enclosed shower for use after the beach.
This unit is 1 block from the beach and the start of the boardwalk. The north end of the boardwalk hosts the 1st street lifeguard station with bathrooms and first aid. Close on the boards is Brown's restaurant, famous for their fresh morning donuts, and Anthony's Water Ice for those hot beach days. At the opposite end of our block from the beach, there is a deli, restaurant, pizza shop, and ice cream parlor within 1-2 short blocks. Additionally, we offer 6 beach tags, beach chairs and an umbrella, along with a few beach cruiser bikes so you can ride like a local. Do you know how to use foot brakes? lol

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental! The unit was clean and accurately reflected the listing. Tristin was an excellent communicator and stayed in contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Our dog felt very comfortable here, and we would gladly stay again!

This was the best rental property we’ve stayed at through VRBO. The house was adorable- old charm but fully updated. The location was fantastic - super close to the beach and right at the start of the boardwalk, but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. And you can’t beat the north end of OC. Tristin was wonderful with communication - very clear, complete instructions and details. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience, and would 100% come back here! You will not be disappointed with a vacation at this location!!

This is a lovely house in a great location. Tristin was great to work with - friendly and accessible but never intrusive. Having the bikes was great, and the location made it a quick ride to the boardwalk or the center of town. The house itself is spacious, well laid out, and was clearly recently upgraded. It was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Property was exactly as described. Extremely clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and the provided linens was a great addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the beach and look forward to returning.
