About this apartment rental
Complimentary sunrises included with all rentals! This complex is well situated at the far end of Windy Hill Beach with the nicest open views along the beach. A short walk over the dunes and your feet are in the sand! Being on the very edge of Windy Hill Beach gets a little less crowded than the high rise areas. Only 5 minutes to BareFoot Landing or any of the best local NMB attractions. Cafes, restuarants, shops, golf and live entertainment in every direction, when you are ready to venture off the beach.
This condo has been tastefully remodeled for 2022 with new vinyl plank flooring throughout (NO carpet), new kitchen cabinets, new stone countertops/tile backsplash, new appliances, all of the useful kitchen essentials; even a stacked washer/dryer inside the unit. Enjoy the new 55 inch smart TV in the family room for spring 2023. Cable and FREE WiFi is included. The ocean front balcony offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. Enjoy a great meal at sunset or coffee in the mornings!
The condo offers coastal cool vibes. There is a QUEEN bed in the super spacious master. Plenty of room with two FULL beds in the guest room, to sleep 4 more. There are two nicely updated bathrooms. Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, a starter kit of paper products, as well as your departure cleaning.
Windy Shores is a raised 4-story building with limited perimeter parking underneath, but a large parking lot for overflow vehicles is just a block away from the complex. The condo (#106)is considered first floor WITH an easy one-level-up elevator access. charcoal grills for cooking out. There is lower level storage locker for your beach supplies and plenty of lounge chairs around the pool area to catch some rays.

No complaints about the unit or building itself. However, the it could have been a little cleaner. Furniture was very dusty and the floors might not have been mopped in weeks. My children’s feet were black from the floors.

Had a nice week condo was clean for us checking in just alittle delay getting into it. The property needs to work on emptying there trash cans as all were overflowing for days. And down at our locker where all beach things are kept is in need of some cleaning up and straightening up looked pretty trashy around there. But had a great week with lots of family.

The condo was very nice and plenty of space for our family of 4. We enjoyed the table on the balcony and awesome views. The parking was a nightmare, the street side got very loud at night, they were very stingy on towels and wash clothes and toilet paper. We had to go buy our own. The check in/out process is very old school and needs to be updated. Every VRBO I have ever rented you get a code to a lockbox before arrival well this rental still requires you to check in and out at the office and they want an actual check to hold for incidentals instead of using card on file. That is the only complaints though, the condo itself is very nice and you can tell its been renovated.
