Located in the heart of it all, Tequila Mockingbird is a 1-bedroom condo right above Seaside's iconic Modica Market overlooking the town and the beautiful emerald coast!
Tequila Mockingbird is a 2-story condo with an oversized king master bedroom with private bath and flat screen TV on the main level with WIFI internet access. The master bath offers a gorgeous, oversized shower.
Up a spiral staircase the condo offers open living and dining spaces, new, soft and neutral decor and gorgeous private balcony views. The designer kitchen has stainless appliances, a sub zero fridge, bar seating for two and a dining table that seats two more. The living room has a sleeper sofa, additional seating and flat screen TV as well. A private balcony completes the upper level and offers the best views in the condo. Kick back and enjoy the sunset over the gulf from the comfort of Tequila Mockingbird!

We had a great stay. This place was in such a convenient location. Access to the whole town square just downstairs. Such a clean environment. The host was great at communicating. Would highly recommend

Amazing property and views. Very beautiful inside and out and we absolutely loved it! My husband are expecting our first child and I am 34 weeks pregnant. So the location was amazing and very convenient to everything in town. Walking distances were great to the beach, shopping, and entertainment. Will be booking again and bringing back our little one.

The unit is beautiful and well appointed. Would definitely stay again during off season. Cons: It was very loud being located on the square. Parking is also a challenge. The majority of the time we had to park 2-3 blocks from the building. There are only a few spots designated for the building and they were always full. Pros: easy walk to all kinds of food options and shopping. Easy to get to the beach access point. Beautiful views from the balcony.
