Minutes to the Sun Valley Lodge and Ketchum. Strategically located near to hiking, biking, and Elkhorn amenities.
Stunning mountain views from 2-story windows in the great room, see the top of Baldy. This warm and inviting home is remodeled and ready for friends and family gatherings. Steps away from the synchronized bus that goes to the Sun Valley Lodge, Ketchum and all your favorites; watch an app for exact arrival schedules. Quality furniture, linens, an abundance of dishes, and glassware. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped for cooking and baking. Ideal for large holiday dinners
GREAT room with wood-burning fireplace and 2-story stone surround, 5' TV, lots of books and games. The dining area has a 12' table with seating for 12, 6 bar stools around the kitchen island, and seating for an additional 8 people at a second table in the great room. There is a gas fireplace in the dining area and master bedroom.
The spacious primary suite is on the main level, fireplace, TV, stunning views of the mountains, and walk-in closet with a second washer/dryer. The primary bath has a shower, jacuzzi tub, and separate vanities. The bathroom floor is heated. There is a new outdoor spa softly lit by lights in the trees. Two more bedrooms each with bathrooms ensuite are furnished with queen beds and great linens. A powder room completes this floor.
Upstairs is a TV room with a sectional, queen wall-bed and Smart TV. The 5th bedroom or the children's bunk room has twin bunk beds and full bunk beds. The fourth bathroom is upstairs servicing these bedrooms.
There is a new outdoor spa softly lit by lights in the trees.
The house has baby items, a high chair, car seat, a playpen, a booster seat, and lots of toys and books, etc.
There are ample security lights on motion detectors for your safety and great ambient lighting in the evenings.
For the convenience of those who need to bring their work with them, there is a printer and two monitors with Apple connectors.
We welcome dogs on approval, we just need to know in advance for everyone's safety.
In the summer, enjoy the sheltered, large patio with a seating area and a dining table surrounded by lush grounds and a natural rock waterfall cascading down the hill. A huge adjustable umbrella provides shade for either area. The is a huge Webber Summit BBQ for large groups or a smaller tabletop Webber. Ideal summer/winter home. The 8-person spa is just outside the master bedroom, softly lit at night.
There is full use of the Elkhorn golf course, pools, tennis courts and pickle ball and the Harker Center's pools and tennis courts. Bike path outside your door and steps to the bus that takes you to ski areas, Sun Valley resort, Ketchum, etc. Enjoy world-renowned fishing, hunting, and horseback riding.

Fantastic house for a getaway. It was our first family Christmas not at home post the Palisades fires so we wanted a comfortable and warm place. And this was perfect with the great room and fireplace the highlight

We stayed for 2 weeks in the summer with our young children. The home was very nice, modern, and comfortable with many amenities. We enjoyed using the bbq and eating outside in the lovely yard in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving items. The office setup in the primary bedroom allowed us to easily work from home as needed. The owner responded quickly to any questions and provided suggestions and info about the area as well as about access to the nearby pools. Would highly recommend staying here.

The property was just as advertised. Clean, neat, and very well appointed.It had everything you might possibly need in the kitchen, pantry, and two refrigerators( one in garage). The very large living area and outside area,with the creek water feature, was just delightful. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property! We had a family group of 7 in town for a week to ski. The house was large, comfortable, and incredibly well-stocked, plus a very nice hot tub and a heated, attached garage. It's about an 8 minute drive to the main Sun Valley parking lot and about 10 minutes to Ketchum. The owner was available for questions and was very welcoming. We'll stay here again!
