Positives: This is a top floor end unit which meant it was quiet. It was very clean and everything was in working order (heat, water, lights, kitchen equipment, WiFi, tv, gas fireplace). Living/kitchen area furnishings were fine. Gas fireplace was really nice.
Concerns: For a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit it was a little smaller than I expected. Stairs to the upper 2 bedrooms are extremely narrow. When we arrived there was a definite musty smell throughout the unit. The furnishings in the bedrooms were worn. Be aware there is not a washer/dryer in the unit.
Overall I am comfortable recommending this unit to budget- conscious groups of 6 or less. This is not a luxury unit but it would be fine for a weekend of skiing or outdoor activities.
