About this apartment rental

Thanks for considering my Surrey apartment!

Ive owned the property since 1998 however my career means that I now spend most of my time abroad and so I decided to start letting other people enjoy it!

The apartment is located in the beautiful riverside Surrey town of Walton-on-Thames and is conveniently located near central London and London Heathrow airport. It's the perfect place to stay to explore the Surrey countryside or central London without the noise and traffic of central London.

It has excellent transport links....

1) Heathrow Airport: 8 miles / 20 min drive / £40 taxi ride
2) Walton-on-Thames railway station (direct 25 minute train ride to London Waterloo): 0.3 miles / 5 minute walk

The apartment is loaded with all of the mod cons needed for a pleasent and comfortable stay including 265Mb wifi, cable TV, central heating and a washer and dryer!

The home was great, very clean and close to multiple places to eat and/or pick up a few things. It was in a perfect location to get on the train and get into London or to have a car and drive elsewhere. Jamie was wonderful about quickly responding to any questions we had and was great to work with. The area was quiet and was also nice to just take an evening walk in after a busy day. I would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area!

This is a great flat in a great location. There are many food options nearby and the heart of Walton is a short walk from this cute apartment complex. I felt very safe in this community. If the couch and bed were more comfortable and the cleaner more observant , I would have given this place five stars. The kettle had to be scoured before use and there was a leaking water heater in the bathroom which wasn’t communicated to the owner by his cleaning staff. If the owner replaces the old furniture and repairs the leak, this place would be perfect!
