beautiful 3 bedroom home for 6 persons near Fuente del Gallo/Conil, with private pool and garden, with aircondioning and Wifi, only 800m to the beaches Casa Seba is a spacious, very well maintained house in a quiet area near Fuente del Gallo. To the beach it is a few minutes walk.
Up to 6 people have enough space - even to relax by the private pool (20 sqm) and in the small garden.
To the details of this two-storey house:
in the lower floor is a spacious, open living room with sofas, table and chairs, TV with Spanish and international channels (satellite TV) with fireplace and air conditioning,
a bathroom with large shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave and all kitchen appliances.
A staircase leads to the upper floor: here is another bathroom with tub and cozy 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, 1.50m wide, with air conditioning and one with two single beds
The garden is nicely decorated with many flowering plants and palm trees: there are a barbecue, garden furniture, sunbeds and private swimming pool.
On the property there is parking for one car, additional parking is available in the small street in front of the house.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden: das Haus, die Umgebung, die Gastgeber alles wirklich top und absolut zu empfehlen! Sauber und sehr schön! Einzig das WLAN hatte öfter mal Aussetzer, aber das war egal - wir waren ja im Urlaub und nicht auf der Arbeit...

Das Haus ist großzügig mit viel Platz auch für mehr Personen.
Es liegt sehr ruhig...etwa 3,6km von einer Bucht entfernt die sehr schön ist und zum verweilen einlädt. Mit den Gezeiten aufpassen! Die Spaziergänge von dort bis Conil gehörten fast zur täglichen Routine...herrlich.

Einziger kleiner Nachteil, jedenfalls für uns: das Haus befindet sich in einer Siedlung, in der die Häuser von Mauern umgeben sind. Man fühlt sich ein wenig wie in einer Gated Community.

Wir haben zu zwei Pärchen im Juni 3 Wochen in der Casa Seba verbracht.
Die Aufteilung ist super, besonders der große Wohnbereich und die offen Küche mit den hohen Decken haben uns gut gefallen. Ein Zimmer mit Bad befindet sich im Erdgeschoß, das andere im 1. OG, so dass für jeden ausreichend Privatsphäre bleibt.
Es gibt oben noch ein 3. Zimmer, jedoch sehr klein und ohne Klimaanlage.
Ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht: Klimaanlage, WLAN (sehr gut), Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, ausreichend Geschirr (bis auf große Tassen).
Draußen gibt es eine schöne Terrasse, einen kleinen aber feinen Pool, und einen guten Grill.
Das einzige Manko sind die Küchenutensilien, wie Töpfe und Pfannen. Diese sind in äußerst mäßigem Zustand, was uns als passionierten Hobbyköchen leider nicht entgegen kam.
Die Betreuung und der Service sind 1A.
Fazit: sehr empfehlenswertes Haus in ruhiger, schöner Lage.
