This luxurious 2 sleeper facility is situated in Paulshof suburb – named after Paul Mare. History tells he farmed the area, and his sons continued to live in the suburb until fairly recently, in adjoining houses in what is now the commercial area south of the concrete highway. One son was a bank manager, the other was the cheerful traffic cop who “ran” the Rivonia Road/Witkoppen Road intersection before robots were installed. A grandson also lived in the area, so the family interest remained quite high for a large part of the last century.

Via Positano has some spectacular landscapes and views. The complex was built by Summercon in 2003, and since then the gardens have become established. The complex has a pool and tennis court. The lookout tower at the top of the Club House boasts uninterrupted views of Sunninghill and Rivonia.
