About this house rental
This home epitomizes the outdoor lifestyle that Orange County is world famous for! There's no better place to watch the sunsets and the stars, than from this home's luxurious outdoor living area: two (memory foam) cabanas (one covered, the other with misters), private seating area, outdoor kitchen with bar and sink, outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, outdoor breakfast or afternoon tea table, LED-lighted sun umbrellas, and 8-person jacuzzi set in a backdrop of a waterfall and side garden with the 'love-birds' fountain.
On a nightly basis, you can see the Disneyland fireworks from the back yard.
The white-carpeted modern interior is offset by black lacquer furniture and lots of mirrors reflecting it's contemporary spacious feel. The combined living and dining room is immersed in dimmed LED lights setting the tone for an intimate evening at home at the 6-person dining table, or relaxing on the sofas in front of the fireplace. Or brighten the scene for a colorful night of entertainment in the family room in front of the 75" 8K TV connected to all available DirecTV channels and explosive sound emanating from the 7.2.2 surround sound system. If music is your preference the whole-home audio-video system will whisk away the worries of the day.
The kitchen has all new appliances and provides the center point for the chef, host/ess or bartender to attend to all guests needs. A downstairs office, also with panoramic view has two workstations with computers connected to the internet, and a color inkjet printer. The whole home is Wi-Fi enabled for tablet, smartphone or laptop needs.
The master bedroom also has spectacular views west over all of Orange County stretching as far away as downtown Los Angeles, Palos Verdes, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach and the entire Orange County. Imagine luxuriating in the raised Cal King memory foam bed with mirrored headboard and being able to see twinkling lights as far as the eye can see! The master bathroom has his-and-her sinks and the master shower has triple shower heads for the consummate cleansing event, including the ultimate rainfall shower experience. If lounging in the master bedroom is your choice, the adjoining master retreat offers state-of-the-art relaxation with reclining electric massage chair, and lounger for viewing the 55" big screen television with it's own 5.1 surround sound system. Greg is a very gracious and friendly host who is always a phone call or text message away! He was very responsive to all our needs. We stayed two weeks, doing work from remotely in Chicago from CA and going to office in Irvine when needed. Lake Forest is a very good community to live in and is very easy to access the freeways from this property. The restaurants are great! Greg’s backyard has lovely views for enjoying take out food or drinks. The home is very well furnished.

This home was outstanding. The seating and hot tub overlooking the city was one of our favorite things about this home. Greg was so warm and welcoming and went out of his way to make us feel at home. The decor was great including a ton of beautiful plants and some great art. We stayed over Christmas and it was nicely decorated too! What a treat to stay in this luxurious paradise. We loved it here. Close to Disneyland and beaches too!

Wonderful host who went above and beyond! Beautiful view and loved hanging out on the patio and loved the outdoor kitchen. Lovely views and even got to see the Disney fireworks in the distance. The house was very well stocked and we had everything we needed and then some. Grocery stores close by and it was perfect for our trips back and forth to Irvine. We would definitely choose this home again.

The house was even better than as described. Had fantastic outdoor space with great night lighting, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Jacuzzi and barbecue. Inside was clean and beautifully laid out and had all modern appliances-loved the Starbucks coffee machine and the host even provided ground coffee for us to use. With beaches 20 minutes, Disney 45 minutes and Universal Studios an hour away makes this house ideal for exploring all that California has to offer. Plenty of food stores, restaurants, fast food chains and petrol stations close by. As regards our hosts-what can we say!!! We could not have wished for better communication and quick response times to all emails.We were caught in heavy traffic with no means of contacting the host due to us not having a working mobile phone and were 2 hours late arriving but the host stayed to welcome us and give us a tour of the property. They were both always on hand to answer any questions and made sure our stay was perfect in every way. If you are thinking of exploring the Lake Forest area, this is the place to stay. Thank you for a brilliant stay.
