About this house rental
Lake Marion is one of South Carolina's best-kept secrets, making it an excellent vacation destination for families and friends. Renowned for its exceptional fishing, Lake Marion is home to large catfish, largemouth bass, striped bass, crappie, bream, and more. Plan your visit to fish, play golf, or simply unwind.
This property features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms.
Accommodating up to 14 guests, it offers plenty of space for family and friends (with a maximum of 6 children allowed).

Each bed comes with a bedspread/comforter, mattress cover, mattress pad, and pillows. Hand towels are provided in all the bathrooms and the kitchen is equipped with a dishcloth/sponge and dishtowels.
The layout consists of 1 master suite on the ground floor with a full bath, while the upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a half bath, and a bonus room. One bedroom contains 1 queen bed, and another has 1 queen bed along with 1 daybed; these two rooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. The third bedroom is the master suite upstairs, featuring 1 king bed, 1 daybed, and a full bathroom. The spacious bonus room includes 6 single beds and a half bathroom.
The sunroom with an outstanding view of the lake has 2 daybeds for seating but can also serve as extra sleeping space (sheets and towels are not provided). The living area is furnished with two sofas and 1 recliner, along with a flat-screen Roku TV. The kitchen dining table accommodates 6, the counter seats 2, and the sunroom table seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, plates, and all necessary cooking utensils. A washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay (detergent not included).
All bedrooms, including the bonus room, are equipped with a Roku TV for streaming your preferred services. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the home.
Off of the kitchen is a game room with a poker table and a cabinet full of board games and puzzles.
The large backyard leads down to a private pier where you can dock your boat during your stay. Enjoy evenings by the fire on the patio area with a built in fireplace, offering stunning water views (we do not provide firewood but you are welcome to use any wood that is left behind by other renters).
Ample parking is available for multiple vehicles and boat trailers in the driveway.
The Taw Caw Boat Ramp is just around the corner, visible from the dock.
Please note that NO PETS are allowed and NO SMOKING is permitted inside the home.
Located just off Interstate 95. About an hour and a half north of Charleston.

Beautiful home and surrounding area. Home was clean and inviting. Great place to stay. We look forward to possibly staying here in the future. Possible improvements could be providing fitted sheets and bath towels for renters.

The home worked wonderfully for our stay in SC to attend a wedding. We had 4 children ages 2.5 yrs to 3 months and 6 adults. We had plenty of space, beds and the kitchen worked well for the variety of meals we had to prepare. The view from the living room, kitchen and enclosed porch was delightful. We would stay again!

This home is by far the best! It was so clean and spacious! The decor was amazing! The dock and lake were perfect for the kids for swimming. Beware of ants and mosquitoes, especially at night. I’m sure we will try to arrange another stay here!! Loved it!!!

This house makes you feel like you were at home. Very well stocked with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The layout was superb for the way we travel with family, friends, and children.
