Prague Expat House

Apartment was perfect. Clean and cozy. Every little thing that you need was there. Going with tram to the city center takes about 30 minutes but the tram station is very close. A few good places to eat/drink nearby.

There was no air conditioning. The apartment was on the street side and you have to close the windows to have a good sleep. Colder room temperature would be nice. Still giving this apartment a 10 because of all the good other things

This location offers the perfect balance: it's far enough from the hectic downtown to be peaceful and offers easy parking, but with a 20-30 minute tram ride, you can be in the city center at Náměstí Míru which is perfect for restaurants / bars / parcs / etc. The outside terrace / garden were a perfect spot for breakfast or an evening glass of wine when the weather was nice.

The apartment's layout made it challenging to get natural light and the pillows could use an upgrade to improve guest comfort.

It’s on ground floor located along the main road for convenient public transport station which is just across the road. Clean and tidy. Provided very basic kitchenwares. Cooking a really simple dinner is not a problem. Also well maintained apartment.

Several things : 1. Pipe construction is just in front of the house. Car parked next to 2 mobile toilets which stand in front of the windows. Workers started working and talking at 7 am every morning just like next to your bed. Can’t possibly shut the windows due to weather as no air conditioning. Also the traffic outside is busy and noisy. All these affect sleeping. It was indeed a surprise for us. 2. Bed is in good size but the pillows are really the worst among all holiday houses I used around Europe. They are all deformed. 3. Kitchen is cramped for 3 persons so 1 person has to stand up if another is using the sink. 4. Compared to other houses of 9 or 10 ratings I stayed, all hosts strive to exceed customer expectations. I don’t observe a clue here because you can easily notice from amenities provided. Half small bottle of body wash for 3 persons provided but no shampoo. I need to replenish toilet rolls myself. Not to mention complementary teas, nice coffee (not instant), or even just a box of tissues. Sofa bed wasn’t made ready for sleeping. No bed sheet either.

Very nice place to stay,It had all what we needed for good vacation.It is around 9 kilometres from center of the center of Prague.We came by car so it was not problem for us.There is also tram number 22 next to the house to go directly to Prag centre.Definitly good recommendation to book this place.👌
