Läget och balkongen med havsutsikten. Det fanns även shuffle service till några stränder vilket var bra även om vi inte utnyttjade det då vi hade bil.
Om man skall laga mat så var köksredskapen lite till åren komna, vi saknade även skärbräda.
Golvet var smutsigt.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The sea view was beautiful. The room was equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay comfortable. We loved the modern design and layout of the apartment and it gave us plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was also large and came with a small set of complimentary toiletries, which was a nice gesture. The kitchen had some basic supplies for washing dishes, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We parked our car for free in the hotel area - there was always some space to park so no need to pay for the underground parking.
While we enjoyed several aspects of our stay, there were a few issues that impacted our overall experience. We were surprised to find that construction work was taking place directly in front of the apartment, which created significant noise throughout the day. Unfortunately, the noise was also noticeable while using the swimming pool, making it difficult to fully relax. Another issue was the refrigerator, which barely functioned and it kept food only slightly cool and made it impossible to chill drinks properly. We were also disappointed by the absence of basic items such as wine glasses. Additionally, there was no cleaning service provided during our stay, and we had to purchase all extra supplies ourselves, including toilet paper and garbage bags. The overall noise level was quite high as well, with many neighboring apartments occupied by families with young children. Due to thin walls, it was easy to hear loud activity from early in the morning.

Wynajmowaliśmy mieszkanie z 3 sypialniami, z balkonem i widokiem na śmietniki, które prawie codziennie demolowały dziki. 2 sypialnie były bardzo ok, chociaż jakość mebli była bardzo słaba, czuć było zapach wilgoci. Łazienki ok, mini zestaw kosmetyków (mini żel pod prysznic, mini mydełko). Jedna sypialnia była bardzo wąska i ciasna i miała piętrowe łózko, nic poza tym, żadnej szafy, komody do schowania ubrań-wyglądała jak cela niż pokój w mieszkaniu.
Apartament był generalnie czysty, chociaż raz widzieliśmy maszerującego przez kuchnię karalucha.
Personel był bardzo miły, pomocny i szybko reagujący na wszelkie nasze sugestie. Ponieważ meble były kiepskiej jakości, moje 5letnie dziecko wchodziło na piętrowe łózko i od razu połamała się drabinka. Zgłosiłam to na recepcji i natychmiast została naprawiona, podobnie z deską od toalety, która odpadła i również natychmiast ją wymieniono.
O ile samo mieszkanie było bardzo średnie, z widokiem na śmietnik, to cały kompleks do którego należało mieszkanie był super.
Absolutnie zachwycił nas taras na dachu z jacuzzi i spektakularnym widokiem na morze i miasteczko! Widok zapierający dech w piersiach! Dzieci bardzo dużo korzystały z jacuzzi, które zazwyczaj było dostępne (byliśmy poza sezonem).
Największe plusy La Contssy to zdecydowanie;
1. Taras na dachu z jacuzzi i widokiem
2. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel
3. Santa Teresa di Gallura bardzo fajne miasteczko z piękną (niestety płatną plażą-3,5euro za dzień)
Być może mieliśmy pecha, ze akurat nasz 3 sypialniany apartament miał widok na śmietnik, myślę, ze ten widok z mieszkania na którym zawsze nam bardzo zależy mocno obniżył ogólną ocenę pobytu. Właściciele powinni zastanowić się nad zakryciem śmietnika, jakimś zielonym płotem czy roślinnością.
widok z balkonu na śmietnik, bardzo słaba jakość mebli (baliśmy się, ze coś niechcący rozwalimy), brak jakichkolwiek podstawowych kuchennych gratisów typu oliwa, sól, pieprz etc. ,które zazwyczaj czekają na nas w innych apartamentach, kiepsko zaopatrzona kuchnia np. brak kieliszków do wina, brak pralki, 3 sypialnia jak cela z piętrowym łóżkiem.

The apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony with a decent sea view, although it was noticeably different—and less impressive—compared to the photos shown in the Booking.com listing. In fact, we received a different apartment than the one advertised at the time of booking.
We are a family of four (two adults and two children, ages 5 and 10) and stayed for seven nights. While the apartment hotel was generally acceptable, several areas could be improved:
A) There was no cleaning service or change of bed linens and towels included during our stay. We requested fresh towels once, for which we had to pay an extra fee of €15 per person.
B) The soundproofing was poor - you could clearly hear noise from the neighboring apartment and stairways.
C) The apartment was poorly equipped; for example, there was only one wine glass, and basic essentials like dish soap, salt, and similar items, typically provided in apartment rentals, were missing.
D) Given the price we paid, I expected a higher standard overall.
