The location. We were on a golf trip and most of our party were staying across the bridge in Windsor so the location was perfect.
It was an older structure. Being 75 years old I did not care for the bedrooms being upstairs. It was adequate for our purpose.

Excellent location close to shops and a choice of pubs. Only a few minutes walk over the Thames and across the bridge to Windsor Castle. Clean premises and a well-fitted out kitchen.
No outside light made it a bit more difficult to access the keys at night. Only bathroom is downstairs.

The best location for visiting Windsor.
There was no parking on site, but the public lot was nearby.

The location is perfect. There were all the facilities to cook a meal. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. If you wanted to step outside and sit by the river and have a meal you could. Windsor Castle was visible and it was only 10 miles from Ascot.
