Private Villa w/view of Beach. 4 Bedroom 4 Bath,Infinity Pool. Sleep 8 BEST WIFI

Second time staying here and it still exceeded our expectations. Improvements have been made to outdoor area from 5 years ago (and pictures do not show this). From arriving (Leah, the house manager was excellent and responsive) to departure we were very happy with all.Plenty of room for a big family or guests, you could easily have 4 couples or a large family stay and not be on top of each other. Views are spectacular and always a nice breeze from the ocean to keep it cool during the heat of the day. You do have a 5 minute drive up from the beach on a narrow road that can be “annoying” for some but the benefit outweighs that small inconvenience. The north end of “Santa Teresa” is in my opinion a great place to be. The beaches below us (Hermossa beach) and 10 minutes away (Manzillio beach)are spectacular and every morning and afternoon we enjoyed the walking and swimming in the ocean. The town of Santa Teresa is a 10-20 min drive away, depending on where you want to go. The drive on the first day is annoying as it’s through very bumpy roads. After a day or two you get used to it and actually find it charming…you really do appreciate the area where this house is so i highly recommend staying here if you value the privacy, the beauty and the layout of the home and are fine with spending a small part of your day driving up and down the road in your SUV ( you need something more than a small car for the roads!) or in an ATV (which can be delivered to your door for 70ish a day)…

We loved our stay in Santiago/Playa Hermosa- so much so, that we stayed an extra 2 nights. The house was great, the view was even more amazing. We loved that it is up the hill as it was away from town and we had monkeys at the house on one day- you could hear the howler monkeys every morning. Leah was great and we had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!!

Laurie, the concierge, was extremely helpful in orienting us to the area and arranging meals. The house is very clean, modern and open. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Picture accurately reflect the "Treehouse" feel of this place. Lovely view, open and airy, nice pool, terrific communication. Away from the crowds of Santa Teresa, but still close enough to enjoy the restaurants, surf, etc. I'd probably not have a toddler in the house because of all steep drop offs, but everyone else will love. Brad and Laurie were responsive and super helpful.
