PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

We had a great stay in Poipu. The grounds of the condo complex are very well maintained and just beautiful. The condo itself is very nice and just as pictured in the listing photographs including the huge deck area with amazing views of the pool and ocean. The bedroom a/c's work to keep the bedrooms nice and cool when turned on, but the living room/kitchen area got pretty stuffy during the day. We slept with the screen doors open at night which cooled it off nicely by morning. It's not a big deal unless you plan to spend your days inside-and who would do that in paradise?!

Our stay was perfect. The location was amazing, the views were to die for, the accommodations were clean and we felt very comfortable the entire time. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this property. It was the perfect location for us to explore Kauai. The owner and management company have thought of every detail. Beautiful ocean views, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, close to dining and shopping. We would love to return one day.
