This beautiful attic is located in the center of the renowned ski resort and summer Roccaraso.
The center is easily reachable on foot while the ski slopes are just a few minutes' drive away.

The attic is located on the third floor without a lift and offers:
- small landing at the very convenient entrance where to leave the ski equipment
- living room with dining table, TV, stove and double sofa bed and fireplace
