High floor fully finished one bedroom apartment with breathtaking Ocean and Intercostal views.
Building constructed in 2005 directly on the Ocean.
Kitchen: microwave; stove/oven; refrigerator, dishwasher, granite
counter, silverware and dishes.
Master bedroom: king size bed, TV, clock/radio, and DVD player.
Family room: double sofa bed, table with chairs, and flat screen TV.
Washer/dryer in the unit.
Valet parking for one car, use of the hotel's resort gym, two beach chairs, four beach towels, one umbrella, wireless high speed Internet access in common areas
and in-room, and FREE local phone calls.
The hotel imposes mandatory Resort/Admin fee $49.85 per day and optional parking fee $35 per day. The fees above are payable directly to the hotel.
***Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our main priority. The construction area located on opposite side of the building and will not impact any of our amenities and services in this apartment. It was my 4th time staying at Marenas. To say I love the resort is to say nothing. I always feel I’m in the right place. The location is just great. It is pretty close to 2 major airports. Uber works great in the city. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth. The resort personnel is knowlegeable and friendly. The atmosphere in the resort is fantastic as well as mojito in the barThe room has a breathtaking views of the ocean, bay and the city. The owner is very nice person who cares about your comfort. You will not be disappointed if choose to stay here!

This is an older building compared to others in the area, but the condo unit has been remodeled. Both the bedroom and the living room have balconies overlooking the beach. The unit was clean, and nicely furnished and decorated. Several nearby restaurants, including one in lobby of building.

It would have been nice to know there was a trash chute. Location was ok, but dining was limited, the beach was dirty (not just seaweed, but dirty diapers and empties cups/cans). One worker said pool was open 24/7, another said 11pm, and another said 8pm. The owner though was very hospitable, the condo was clean and had everything we needed.
