Many of our guests are relocating to Silver City and others are visiting for local events such as the Tour of the Gila bike race, the Silver City Blues Festival or hiking or hunting in the Gila National Forest / Wilderness. We are conveniently located within walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, museums, art galleries and more.
Our recently remodeled rooms are very comfortable and well stocked. In addition there is a large outdoor common area with a patio which includes an outdoor fireplace, barbecue grill, workshop and sufficient space for secure RV or large - vehicle parking.

This was our second time here and we had another wonderful experience. Our Host was great and one of the reasons we came back. The home has been lovingly cared for and upgraded - with new appliances and fresh paint and beautiful artwork. The location was perfect for our needs - an easy walk into the downtown area.

Excellent place to stay, central location, clean, great host, good amenities. Perfect for a couple staying in Silver to explore for a few days. Appreciated the washer and dryer, and the very pleasant outdoor space. Overall we’d recommended it by saying we’ll stay here again in the future.

It was wonderful to have access to (free) laundry facilities. The back yard was fabulous (even in February!) A small issue (water heater) was fixed within hours. I would recommend this to anyone! the rave reviews I read when booking it are correct. Thank you Amy!
