Mutiny Bay Waterfront

One of our favorite rentals ever! Location on beach was incredible, house has plenty of space and very well cared for and supplied. Will hope to return for sure.

Spectacular location! Our family of four plus pup loved this cabin on Mutiny Bay. Highly recommend.

The house sits on the beach with a view of puget sound. Although the weather was active(gale force winds and high tides) our stay was more than relaxing. Watching the breakers hit the beach was amazing. Also the channel in front of the house is an active shipping lanes. With the shipping app we were able to identify the passing vessels. All in all a great place if you love the water

I hope to continue visiting this beach and staying at this spacious cabin; this is our 4th stay. The owner is so easy to communicate with, the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and well laid out. Our 6 yo granddaughter gets to excited to come here, as do we. Thank you!

What a beautiful location! Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Our group of six adults had an excellent time. We cooked most of our own meals and enjoyed staying in and playing games because the weather wasn’t cooperative. We still managed to get a beautiful sunset and being able to step out right onto the beach was perfect! Our dog loved going for walks on the beach, even in the rain! We would definitely stay here again!

My family has been coming to Mutiny Bay for 45 years, so when we found this house we couldn’t wait to book it and stay for a long weekend! The location is absolutely perfect. The house is so peaceful and quaint. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Finding a pet friendly rental is almost impossible so we were thrilled we were able to bring along our dogs. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could’ve needed. The owner was extremely nice and communication with her was very easy. She made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to come back again next year!

Everything you need to prepare, cook and serve meals! We’ve stayed in other VRBO properties many of which have limited kitchen utensils, this kitchen has anything and everything you need for meal prep! The view is fantastic. We enjoyed playing on the beach, walking our dogs and watching all kinds of boats passing thru. I would highly recommend this property. We plan to return as soon as possible.

Spent 5 days celebrating Christmas with family. Large fireplace was definitely one of the highlights of this property as well as the spectacular water view. Thank you!

We stayed a wonderful 3 nights! The house is perfectly located on the beach and it has many amenities. Loved hearing the ocean outside and walking on the beach. We will be back.

This place is a gem! Great location, gorgeous beach and a fully stocked kitchen. Really made it easy to make meals. The outside trash bin was already full when we arrived but the host was super helpful with solutions. Lots of space and very comfortable beds.

This family home is a perfect place for your family or friends to experience a fabulous Whidbey beach. The house is well-equipped and great bedroom arrangements for several people. Paige is available for questions, and we felt very welcomed. One of our favorite places to go.

We are a family composed of 2 grandparents, Mom, teenager and small dog. The house provided ample space with 3 bedrooms, two baths and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equiped and the grill was great. We enjoyed using the fireplace with real wood. Lots of wood provided. The deck provides incredible views and lots of space for sitting and dining. The new bathrooms are very nice but the shower heads don't provide much flow. A real plus is that the house is not far from the ferry and close to stores. You will enjoy your stay.

House & location great. Right on the water. Not the cleanest we have stayed at. We did find that there was only on roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and a half used box of kleenex. Needless to say we ran out of all and had to purchase our own to use. For the price that wasn't to cool. On the other hand the beds were great and the furniture quite nice. Other than the one glitch was a nice experience

House was very clean, beds cozy and comfortable. Living space is open with breathtaking views. Lots of seating for everyone and nice TV. Appreciated having this home to stay while we visited family for the holiday.

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house. Incredible 180 view of the water and Olympic Mountains from the family room and each bedroom had a view of the water. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Cozy spot for our family to enjoy holiday time together and long walks on the beach.

The title says it all. The location of this property is stunning. The house is in a quiet, private cove just steps from the water. We were able to walk the gorgeous sandy beach daily. We really felt like we were staying with a family friend. Even though pets are allowed (so hard to find a place on the beach to take your furbaby) you could not tell as the house did not smell like animals. The property is starting to show its age in spots but the owners are starting to update and the newly re-done bathrooms are amazing. Overall we had an amazing stay and would love to come back. It was the perfect family get away!!

A fantastic location. The beach is beautiful. The house is well equipped and in a great area on the island. We would gladly stay here again!

We had a great time at this Mutiny Bay home. The location is amazing - Wonderful beach and the home takes full advantage of the views. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with over emails. It’s a cozy home and my kids loved sitting bully the fireplace and reading. The kitchen is a bit disorganized, but it did have all we needed to make meals.

We shop for location when planning trips. This property is on the most perfect stretch of beach on a perfect lot. You have gorgeous views all day long. Another reviewer said it was “like being on a boat” and that is so true (without the queasy side effects). The house worked great for us. Not cold enough for a fire but if it were overcast and rainy (hello, fall winter and spring) it would be so enjoyable. This property is definitely all seasons. Bathrooms have all been recently renovated it seems and were well done. Plenty of pillows on the beds, and very comfortable linens and towels. We WILL be back! 100%

Our family had a wonderful trip! The house is in a great location, right on the beach with beautiful views. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities, and communication with the owner was easy and quick - Paige is going above and beyond to even mail back an item we left behind, and we are so grateful! We hope to be back!

This rustic property has amazing beach access with equally impressive views. We enjoyed the house and its proximity within a few feet of the beach. There was virtually no traffic on the beach. The house was perfect for the four of us - my wife, our daughter, and her boyfriend - and the main living area was comfortable. More lighting would have helped. The kitchen had multiple coffeemakers and more than ample supplies. The Master Bedroom has a bath just outside the door to the Master Bedroom and the other bedroom, though smaller, was adequate. The master Bedroom Mattress and covers are dated and should be updated. The outside area had more than ample seating. The location worked well for proximity to restaurants.

Easy access to the beach, most everything you need, host is responsive if things go wrong.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The views are outstanding, and the layout was perfect. We are grateful to have been able to stay in this house with our dog who was also overjoyed about the lovely beach setting.

We stayed three nights over a long weekend. The house has a great location right on the beach, and the upstairs bedrooms can see the Olympic mountains bathed in the morning sun when you wake up on a clear day. It's not a super modern house, which is fine for the rate you're paying. WiFi worked great; the firewood was well stocked; and no issues accessing the house (the backdoor is a bit tricky, but that was advised by the owner, and we figured it out).The main issues we had were over communication with the owner once we arrived, specifically once we shared an observation about the cleaning service paid for in the booking. There was hair all over the comforter of one of the bedrooms; the table was sticky and had food crumbs, and also the counter by sink was seemingly not cleaned either. We alerted the owner to this upon arrival, since we thought she would like to know if that's how the cleaning service left it. We then took care of wiping things down ourselves and removing the comforter. This communication was not well received by the owner. She said we could leave for a refund, which was not necessary and we communicated that. We tried to clarify we enjoyed the house, and were fine, and only wanted her to be aware of the cleaning situation. After that initial day communication, we were fine the rest of the weekend and checked out an hour early, and also alerted the owner in case they wanted extra time to change things over for the next guest. Unfortunately we were messaged again and basically berated for how we checked out: we were told we left garbage out, when we emptied all garbages to the outside; and that there was a sand in one bathroom (you're on a beach, so this seems like it probably happens a lot); and that we moved furniture around (we did move a couple chairs upstairs, and rotated the couch but put everything back, and this was not prohibited in the policies.). We've stayed at several places through VRBO in various states, and always respect any policies listed. The house is a good location and as long as you arrive and just do your thing on your own, it's probably fine. I imagine there will be some greater attention to detail on cleaning going forward too.

We did a short trip over to Whidbey and it was very relaxing. House was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the views were amazing! It's right on the beach and it was so relaxing and fun. Easy to get to and parking was spacious. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely cabin.

Truly enjoyed the low bank, sandy beach right off of the deck. The sunny day was awesome; the rainy day was awesome. The kids and adults all had something to do.
