Overlooking the 4th hole of the Ocean Shores Golf Course is this lovely 2 bedroom unit with small fenced yard. It has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, flooring and painting throughout. There is an air conditioner in the main bedroom and one in the lounge area.
The property is tucked away in the corner of a complex which features a communal swimming pool and the courtyard offers privacy and a great area for your puppy to run.
With separate dining and living areas, main bedroom with ensuite and small pet ok, this property is ideal for those that want the quiet holiday.

We enjoyed our stay in this neat little unit- especially as we could bring our pooch along. The listing does warn of poor internet coverage, take heed of this warning, as about half of our stay was without workable internet. The yard is a small compact size, not a lot of cover for the dog in the rainy weather though. But overall- it is a warm, comfortable unit within a short driving distance to a fabulous dog beach.

Quiet area on the golf course

A beautiful location, close to everything. The garden was very well established and the wild water dragons every afternoon made it feel like a retreat. However, I contacted management twice in the 12 days we were there to advise them the house was insecure. The garage door wouldn't lock and there is the no lock on the internal door to the house. Felt very insecure leaving our laptops and devices there when we went out but couldn't take them to the beach, so we had no choice. No issues with our little puppy staying, except that the pool doesn't have a sign saying "No Dogs Allowed" and management contacted us with a complaint from strata. Someone is obviously watching. Other than these two major issues, the location is perfect with an extra wide flat-ish footpath outside for walking or cycling.
