Corsican Villas is known among its residents as the 'Gem of the Desert'. Minutes away from the famous El Paseo Shopping and Restaurants. Located in a prime gated community of South Palm Desert. This subdivision is part of the old Bing Crosby Estates. The old Crosby pool house and main pool survive as the Corsican Villas ClubHouse and main pool. Another survivor from the old Estate is the putting green, which is close to the clubhouse. Other amenities include four pools and spa, two tennis courts lit for night time play. Lots of green space and mountain views to enjoy as you relax in this desert paradise.This villa is a 2bedroom, 2bath one level condo with a private 2 car garage and a private patio. This unit has been renovated from top to bottom. Custom kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, custom showers, granite counters, plantation shutters, recessed lighting, new electrical and plumbing. Master bedroom with King bed and 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed. WIFI internet connection throughout the house. Fully equipped and ready to move in. For reservations call 818 970-8847. We stayed in this beautiful house throughout the month of november and we couldn't have made a better choice. Everything is new and nicely renovated and we felt at home from the first moment on. Also the location is excellent, quiet and away from traffic and yet only minutes from all the shops and restaurants of Palm Desert's El Paseo. The owners Ani and Donald were there to greet us and show us everything and we knew they would do everything should there be a problem or should we need something else. If we will ever come back to this area, this beautiful home will always be our first choice. Thank you Ani and Donald.
