We've been coming to Surfside for years now, and Jolly Mon is the perfect location to experience your family beach vacation. The pier, restaurants, ice cream, etc. all are in walking distance, which was so nice, avoiding the time drag of traffic on a vacation. The main reason we chose Jolly Mon aside from location, was the roomy home itself with a private pool. We've tried a couple other spots at Surfside through the years, but were disappointed. We locked back in to staying in a nice, roomy, clean home with a pool, and were so thankful for our perfect experience at Jolly Mon. My granddaughter loved the refreshing pool, as well as us big kids. The bedrooms/living areas were perfect size, accommodating the whole family with comfort. The kitchen was full of all necessary amenities. The entire home facilitated a relaxed beach week, knowing we had quick access to the beach and the local areas, but also we enjoyed the home itself with the pool all day, and mornings/evenings we chose to stay in and cook. Not having to pack our own beach chairs was amazing, as the owners provided many high-quality beach chairs. The owners were super-responsive if we had questions prior to the trip, and reached out to make sure everything was going well for us after check-in. I highly recommend this home if you want a family-oriented beach vacation with all the amenities.

We had an amazing time in Surfside and loved staying in Jolly Mon. We had 4 families, so the 4beds/4 baths was a perfect fit. The location is amazing with an extremely close walk to the beach at both access points. Also close to the new boardwalk, restaurants, and nearby park. Having the pool was so nice for our 4 grand babies, and there were so many beach and pool toys to use. The house was very clean and extremely well-stocked with everything you need for a vacation at the beach. It was easy to get hold of Kathy and Steve when we had questions. This was our first time to Surfside and we will definitely be back.

The location of this home was amazing! We did pay extra for the heated pool with the early June vacation. When we requested the pool heated, they arrived immediately to turn on the heater for us (for a fee). The owners were extremely responsive to help with questions we had regarding the home, or recommendations for our vacation.
