-PLEASE NOTE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE POOL/SPA HEAT OR USE OF THE BBQ. YOU MAY ELECT OPTIONAL HEAT FOR $30 PER DAY plus tax AND/OR USE OF THE BBQ WITH 1 TANK OF PROPANE FOR $65 plus tax WHICH WILL BE BILLED LATER WITH A SPECIAL INVOICE. These rates are for an electronic payment or check. If paid through VRBO or by credit card, the rate is slightly higher due to fees involved.
-All guests must be age 25+ or with parents unless we have have granted permission otherwise.
- Use of the home DOES NOT include using the electricity to plug in or charge an electric vehicle (EV). If you will have an EV at the property it cannot be plugged in at the property unless prior arrangements have been made. The resort has charging stations for EV's.
-Located in Windsor Hills, our recently updated villa is a short drive away from all of the Orlando attractions.

Very spacious villa in perfect location for parks and restaurants. Well maintained inside and outside and felt very safe in the gated resort. Villa had everything we needed for a family stay. Would definitely recommend and will book again.

We were a family of 8 , 7 adults and one teenager, staying at Orange Blossom Villa.The situation for access to the theme parks, multiple restaurants and supermarkets is perfect, keeping the travel time in the heavy Florida traffic to a minimum .The Villa itself is very well equipped and comfortable both downstairs and bedroom wise.The outside pool area had plenty of chairs and loungers with a large table for outside dining, which was very important to us as the pool and spa were used a lot after a long day in the parks.The games room has plenty of equipment including a full size pool table.Communication with the owners Lesley and Darcy was very easy and the information we needed from them was spot on.Overall the Villa is a perfect holiday home to stay in and we would have no hesitation in booking it again in the future.

Home was very nice and great proximity to theme parks. Kids loved the pool and game room. Hosts were very easy to reach and would recommend.

I have been attending AAU Nationals since 2011. This has been by far one of the better homes for my staff to stay. Overall, everything in the process was very easy and the house offered us all we need.
