About this campground/ rv resort rental
The master bedroom has a king size bed with full bath. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. These bedrooms share a full bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with satellite and dvd players. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a larger tv and satellite and dvd player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the major appliances except a dishwasher, it has dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a full washer and dryer in the utility room. A 12x24 sunroom on the back of the house that over looks the lake. It has been updated with tile counter tops and a tile floor in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets have been replaced with beautiful pine cabinets that match the paneling in the living room and sun room. The bedrooms have been updated with new comforters, televisions and curtains. There is new carpet all the way thru the house and the bathrooms have new vanities and tubs/showers. All the rooms have been painted. There has also been new furniture added to make this house feel more like a home.
There is a gazebo with furniture and a charcoal grill. There is also a small stream that flows under the gazebo to the pond. Guest have fished for crawfish in the stream and caught quiet a few. We have also added a fire pit with log seats for an evening of roasted marshmallow's, hot dogs or smores.
There is a floating dock with electricity, a small pond with a small dock and plenty of fish. There is a boat landing .6 mile from the house. We have plenty of yard to park trucks with boat trailers and if you would like to bring golf cart or such for easier access to the dock feel free to do so.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful and quiet, next to the water. It’s a lot bigger than I expected. The photos don’t do it justice. I loved being far away enough to see a beautiful starry sky at night, but close enough to the next town over for a McDonalds run for the kids. I would love to return.

Property is just as described ! It is at the end of the road, private, just perfect for a get away. Small town life, sitting on the dock or small sandy area. There was a fire pit and beautiful deck with grill on the back... Bed was so comfy ! Kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of room to sit and talk, play games or watch tv. (We never even turned it on - we just enjoyed our time) Diane is awesome and check in and out was a breeze !

This place was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very quick to answer question. We will be back. My parents live in the area and we love vacationing there. Great fishing area.

We really enjoyed our trip!! The neighborhood was very quiet and the weather was perfect. The house was big enough for our family and had plenty of seating. Mrs. Diane was super sweet and very responsive. My only complaints:The kitchen was well stocked, however everything was pretty icky (rat and bug droppings)so we had to wash anything before using. I was a little shocked at the lack of cleanliness and the amount of cobb webs and spiders in and around the house (including the couch and beds). The window seals and curtains were filthy. The bedding needs updating as it was very worn and not the cleanest. The dock to the pond is falling in so you can't walk on it and it was so growed up you cant fish around it. The big dock on the lake is in great need of some major work as well. Other than the house needing a deep cleaning, the grass being high, the pond being growed up, and the docks in bad condition this is a perfect little spot! A little TLC and this place would be perfect!
