The oversized yard with swing and outdoor living space are perfect for playing kickball & sipping your margarita after the day at the beach! Rinse the beach sand off in the outdoor shower. Enjoy walking to dinner at one of the many great local eateries or cook on the grill & fire up the fire pit for s'mores at night! We truly enjoyed our stay at Melinda's beautiful Manasquan home. The backyard is really a standout; deep, private and picturesque. The kitchen has everything you might need there. The gorgeous, finished basement with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, 2nd living room and a laundry allows for privacy if you need it. We just loved the comfort of it all. The home is in a very nice residential neighborhood with a short ride to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Melinda has great communication skills & was attentive to what we needed. She is delightful to deal with as the owner. Thanks for a great stay!

This home was cozy and comfortable enough to accommodate 3 different age groups plus 2 little dogs. The location was ideal for teenagers to ride their bikes all over town, to the beach and even to Point Pleasant. It’s close enough to walk into town to do some shopping. The home was very clean and very well stocked with essentials. We were able to communicate with Melinda over a couple of issues. Our questions and concerns were quickly and easily addressed. She was very accommodating. This felt like my own home. I hated to leave. I would definitely recommend it.

This very comfortable and spacious home is perfect for a visit to the beach. The very large backyard is fenced with lots of seating. The dogs were in heaven. The lower level with two bedrooms - separate living room and full bath. Gives great privacy. Less than a mile to Sea Girt Beach and downtown Manasquan. Melinda made the visit so easy. Highly recommend.
