Your beach vacation begins here, at this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo, in Waterpointe II, #201! Updated laminate flooring in the master and family room. The condo is a desirable END unit on the 2nd floor, which means more space, more windows, nice sunlight, horizon views!
From this oceanfront end unit you can access the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. Living Room includes sofa (opens to Queen Sleeper) & 3 occasional chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player Enjoy the amazing views from the living room, master bedroom and the 3rd, kids' bedroom, windows. Your reservation will include bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival, and departure cleaning.
The kitchen in this gorgeous light-filled unit has been completely modern - everything is new appliances, tile floor, tile back splash, cabinets, quartz counter top, lighting, sink/faucet/disposal and paint. Great care was taken to choose neutral colors and stylish details for the kitchen and fresh look of the rest of the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in, with seating for 4 at table + 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There are full sized appliances and a washer & dryer in the unit.
The bathrooms in this unit have also been updated with glass shower doors. All new fixtures and hardware complete the look of this fantastic upgrade.

We loved this condo. It was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach. It’s on the 2nd floor which meant we could take the stairs and not wait for the elevator. The condo had everything we needed for a night in - kitchen essentials, books, games, etc. plenty of food options close by. We will be back!

The condo was very clean. Vocation was great! 1.5 miles from Barefoot Landing. Right on the beach with an ocean view. The property has an indoor and outdoor pool. My kids really enjoyed the swimming options. If we go back to North Myrtle, we'll probably be staying here again. I totally recommend this condo!

This property met all of the needs for my family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals if we wanted to. Beds were very comfortable and ready to go. There’s not a lot of parking spaces at the building, so we parked across the street for our stay. There was hardly any traffic on the road, so we never had to wait to cross the street. We did wish that there was a keyless entry option, so that we did not have to stop at the rental office.

Our family vacation was great. We got to relax at the beach, the pool along with enjoying some tourist shopping sites. Shopping and attractions were around 12 miles for enjoyment. The site stated .5-.7 which was untrue. Our condo was equipped with all needed kitchen supplies. One downfall I will state is the cleaning service was not completed well. The floors weren’t swept or mopped- chips, crumbs, wrappers, legos, left behind stuff from the last people. Under the beds was quiet gross and to the least a cockroach found running across the floor. I cleaned up prior to our family entering so that didn’t slow us down. Overall it was a great vacation! Thank you for our stay.
