Surrounded by ACRES of land NATURE awaits you, yet we are MINUTES to all activities INCLUDING downtown NORTH CONWAY which has great shops and restaurants.

ENJOY time around our FIRE PIT, or GRILLING under the deck, lots of space for LAWN GAMES, enjoy a PICNIC, or just RELAX & BASK on the decks.

For the youngsters STORY LAND is less than 20 minutes away. SWIM at ECHO LAKE State Park, MINI GOLF, Adventure ZIPLINE, Farm & HORSEBACK RIDING, Tubing down the SACO RIVER, CONWAY SCENIC RAILROAD, legendary ZEB'S General Candy Store, Amazing OUTLETS are all within 15 minutes!

We are a SHORT DISTANCE from many amazing WATERFALLS along The Famous Kancamagus. Visit The Basin, The Lower's Fall, Sabbaday Fall's, Flume Cascade & Diana's Baths.

In summer enjoy hiking on the White Mountain trails, Biking, Water Tubing Down The Saco, Kayaking, Fishing, Golf, Canoeing & Relaxing! If hiking is not your thing don't forget the Mt. Washington Auto Road, Downtown Festivals, or a trip up the Cog Railroad to the summit of Mt. Washington, where you can enjoy lunch and shop at the general store.

Winter brings downhill skiing & snowboarding! FAMILY FUN on the White Mountains at KING PINE Ski & Snow Tube Resort is only 5 minutes away! For more challenging skiing just a short drive 15 to 30 minutes away at many nearby resorts including CRANMORE, ATTITASH, WILDCAT & BRETTON WOODS. Cross-Country skiing, snow tubing, snowshoeing, ice skating and the latest activity of snow biking are nearby as well. For the sightseers take in an exciting summit climb in a snow coach.

1 - Giant Loft W/ Pull-out Sleeper Couch and bathroom.
1 - Finished Lower Level Den with another pull-out sleeper and it's own remodeled WETBAR, TV AREA, FRIDGE, FULL BATHROOM & PRIVATE WALKOUT - Additional two authentic ASPEN LOG BUNK BEDS for extra guests or the children.

-The first bedroom is on the main floor includes full bath and a queen bed.
-The upstairs bedroom with queen bed and leads towards a loft with a pull out sofa bed (full size) and a full bath.
-The lower level bedroom located off the fully finished lower level den remodeled with handcrafted hickory bark furniture with a full bath adjacent.
-The lower level den has it's own living room, tv, wet bar and recently added log bunk beds. Perfect for sharing with another family or setting up the kids for their own little place.

THIS IS A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS LOCAL.

Absolutely no parties or fireworks allowed on the premises at any time.

No bachelor parties, fraternity parties, groups of only high school or college students or loud parties of any type. We are a family friendly property.
