The Horizons 4 condo complex is one of the best places to vacation in Sun Valley! Located just blocks from downtown Ketchum, the River Run Ski Lifts, and the Wood River Bike Path, and a short drive from the iconic Sun Valley Lodge & Village, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Horizons 4 condo is in a prime Sun Valley location.

A prime location with resort style amenities! The Horizons 4 complex boasts amazing vacation amenities including a seasonal heated pool, a year-round hot tub and sauna, a family-friendly rec room with ping pong, a coin-operated laundry, a book library and place to chill, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

This Horizons 4 vacation condo offers 1,000 sq feet of living space over two levels. On entry there's a custom hand-carved bench to store your boots and coats to keep the home clutter free. The open concept great room on the main level of the home features a cozy living area with comfy plush seating, a rocking chair, and a flat screen TV for entertainment at the end of the day. A floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace centers the room providing extra warmth and a cozy alpine atmosphere.

The fully-equipped kitchen caters to all your vacation needs with modern appliances and kitchen essentials, ample counter space and seating at the breakfast bar for four. For more formal dining, the table seats 6 guests, backdropped by views of the ski slopes on Baldy.

Did a ski trip with family and enjoyed the property. Very close to the slopes and town. Property manager was very communicative and helpful. Don’t overthink it - you will be happy here.

We had no car and it was easy to get around by free Mountain Rides bus and Lyft. Walk to Ketchum was about .5 mile. Probably same to River Run lodge/ski lift. (10-15 min. ea.) Bought groceries at Village Market to cover breakfasts & lunches and sampled various restaurants for dinner. Condo was cozy and view was beautiful. Loved the vintage artwork. Hot tub was fairly big, just a short walk from condo on snowy paths (they were shoveled but hard to keep up with all the snow). Warm changing room by hot tub was great. Kitchen was well outfitted. Loved the spacious loft bedroom with sink, toilet & shower in addition to the same on ground floor. Loved that the fireplace was on and pleasant music playing on TV when we arrived. We felt warmly welcomed! Kudos to Michael’s Vacations.

The views from the dining room table are of the gondola and a lift, and the steep snowy mountain. My family of four had plenty of room with the 1 queen bed and 2 twins. We enjoyed the. hot tub, sauna and ping pong table in the community area. Definitely a wonderful place to stay:)

We appreciated that we could walk to the lifts and town, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We knew the furnishings were dated and figured that was reflected in the lower price, but the fact that it was also poorly maintained and very dirty was a big disappointment. This included dirty dishes (e.g. lipstick stain and coffee stains on cups and baked-on food on silverware), a dirty rag stuffed down the kitchen drain (weird), dust bunnies and crumbs on floor and furniture (and a full vacuum that had to be emptied before I could use it), burnt-out light bulbs, a broken light fixture, a broken shower curtain rod, torn linens. Since I had to clean the place myself, management comped the cleaning fee and made repairs on day two of our stay, which I appreciated. This could be a great unit if they made some basic upgrades (stove is a mess, furniture and linens really tired) and if they found a reputable cleaning service.
