About this house rental

The house was built in 1920 and completely renovated in 2007. It's located in the heart of Bend's premiere historic district. Great for family vacations. One block to Drake Park, walk downtown in 5 minutes, and the Old Mill in 15 minutes. This 4000 square foot house is nicely equipped! High end kitchen appliances, home theater, large master bedroom with a gas fireplace on the main floor. The main level is a fairly open concept. The kitchen nook provides the perfect place for everyone to gather in the kitchen. Backyard dining, fire pit, hot tub and quiet sitting area in the garden. The front porch is the perfect place to have your morning coffee.
Please note that we do not accept booking for summer each year until the end of February of that year.

My family and I had an excellent experience with Suzanne and her wonderful home in Bend. The home is exceptional and perfectly situated for an easy walk into town. Suzanne is a gracious host, who responded promptly to all inquires and provided a yummy welcome basket that my family enjoyed all week. We will definitely stay at Suzanne’s beautiful home on our next visit to Bend! Thank you Suzanne!

Gorgeous house that’s fantastic for families. Offers a lot indoors as well as the backyard. Great location with a lot in walking distance. Will definitely be back with the family!
