About this house rental
License #3123 Commanding mountain views abound in this beautiful spacious home. Whether relaxing in the living room with its large windows, or sunning on the deck, beautiful mountain views and an abundance of wildlife await you. The King's retreat has comfortable king size accommodations in all three bedrooms so everyone can relax in comfort . Stretch out, relax and enjoy yourself in this Rocky Mountain get-away.
This home is close to Downtown Estes Park, restaurants, events and to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park (10 minute drive) but not so close that you lose any of the serenity.
The house features a large open floor plan with a floor to ceiling fireplace, spacious well equipped kitchen with abundant counter space and mountain views while you are preparing your meals.
Master bedroom has it’s own ¾ En Suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms are conveniently located next to the other full size bathroom. There are pullout queen beds in the living room and master bedroom with comfortable memory foam mattress. Sleeps up to eight comfortably with four separate sleeping areas.
Other amenities include high speed WI-FI, washer and dryer, LED TVs in the living room and master bedroom, DVD movies, games, high chair, pack ’n play.
The house backs up to a 5 acre green space which give you great views of the surrounding mountains and is also a gathering space for the Elk, Deer and other wildlife in the area. The deck is a equipped with a gas Bar-B-Q grill and outdoor dining for eight. There is a 2 car garage to park your car in during your visit.
The house is located in a residential area of the city so it is close to all downtown amenities (4 minute drive) but it also provides a very quiet place to relax and enjoy your visit. Sleeps maximum of eight people. No smoking or pets allowed.
This is a short-term rental with a maximum rental of 29 nights. You may not book a stay longer than 29 nights.

Place was clean; beautiful views; felt vrbo pictures did not do the rental justice as the porch was wider and the great room was roomier. Had many amenities, cooking utensils, croc pot, coffee maker, board games, etc. Only negative was the grill, which we could not use as it was unclean (digusting).

Spacious and quiet. Had all the kitchen needs covered. Plenty of room at the tables for the family to engage in board games. Had a great time.

Well maintained, plenty of room, outstanding views! We were here for our son's wedding at Lily Lake. Just a great experience overall.
