Nice cute home, centrally located, newly remodeled with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a big backyard, BBQ available, direct park access from the backyard, 5mins from down town San Diego, 10mins from Beaches, SeaWorld, Zoo.
Master bedroom with king size bed and private master bathroom with big italian shower. The other bedroom has one queen size bed and a separate guest bathroom with tub shower. Nice Living room with soda bed (full size) and a couch, with dinning area, big flat screen TV. Big kitchen area with kitchen island and all appliances micro, oven, fridge, blender, gas cooktop...
Very comfortable, quiet, household environment. Hardwood floor with comfortable family room.

The land has 2 detached studio with tenants in the backyard. Both are very discrete and reserved. No interaction with the house. Private and separate entrance and yard. Shared washer and dryer located in premises.

Great stay, very close to various activities and fun dates all around, house was clean and very accommodating. Worth staying a couple of nights to enjoy everything the town has to offer. No issues with the amenities, everything works. Quiet neighborhood, and very safe. Thank you for letting us borrow your lovely home. Worth booking again :)

Centrally located and 10-20 minutes from where we wanted to go. Very clean and accommodating. Kitchen had everything we need. Quiet neighborhood. Communication was outstanding!! We will be coming again!

Clean rooms, bathroom floors are very slippery! Maybe a few more rugs in the bathrooms might help! Good location!

The listing - which the host says they have changed - said there was a washer & dryer a feature that was important to us. Turns out the laundry was outside, across the yard, through a gate and through a locked door. So convenient in December! Oh, and no laundry basket. Large bedroom, decent space, very noisy and uncomfortable bed.
