About this house rental
Walk to Historic Main Street, ski and snowboard on Park City Mountain, Ski Deer Valley and enjoy one of Old Town's rare large homes with parking for four vehicles. This 5-bedroom, 5-bath Park City retreat is ideal for families and groups, with two primary suites, a private hot tub, heated two-car garage, game/fitness area, and easy access to skiing, dining, shopping, trails and Park City's year-round events.

The home was designed around spending time together.
The open-concept living area naturally brings everyone together, whether you're preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen, relaxing around the fireplace, or unwinding beneath the stars in the private outdoor hot tub.
The heated garage is more than just a place to park. It doubles as a flexible recreation space with a folding ping pong table, exercise equipment, bocce ball, comfortable seating, and room to spread out. It has become one of my favorite spaces in the home because it gives everyone another place to gather, play, or simply relax after a day outdoors.
Parking is another advantage that's easy to overlook until you've stayed in Old Town. Having a heated two-car garage plus additional driveway parking makes arriving and exploring Park City much easier, especially during ski season and festivals.
Experience Old Town Park City
One of the biggest reasons guests choose this home is its location.
You're just a short walk from Historic Main Street with its restaurants, boutiques, galleries, coffee shops, entertainment, and ski shuttles. Across the street, a historic mine entrance and nearby trail access connect you to Park City's mining heritage and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.
Instead of spending your vacation driving from place to place, you can spend your time enjoying Park City.
Every Season Has Something Special
Winter means skiing and snowboarding at Park City Mountain and ski only at Deer Valley. Add in snowshoeing, sleigh rides, and Shaun White’s The Snow League is coming to Park City Mountain in January 2027, deliberately occupying the weekend that traditionally would have been Sundance.
Spring brings quieter trails, beautiful mountain scenery, and excellent fly fishing.
Summer is one of my favorite times of year, with hiking, lift-served mountain biking, golf, outdoor concerts, and festivals nearly every week.
Fall offers cool mountain air, brilliant colors, the new Park City Film Festival and some of the best hiking and biking of the year without the crowds.
No matter when you visit, there's always something to look forward to.

The property exceeded expectations—exactly as described, but even better in person. It was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a perfect fit for our annual friends trip. The location was ideal, with easy walking access to downtown, which made everything that much more enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at Park City! Our group of 9 included family and friends (including three teenagers) for an annual ski trip, and this house was wonderful. The bedroom configuration fit our group perfectly, and every family/couple had their own space. The gathering spaces are comfortable and laid out very well off the kitchen, such that the space feels huge but you are still able to chat while preparing meals. Our group loved the round dining table, which was large enough for all of us and we could play games at night. The house is a short walk (half a block down and half a block over) down to the free Trolley stop at the top of Main Street, which had tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. We walked down to dinner/shop a few nights (some in our group used a quick uber/lift ride to get back home if they didn't want to walk). House was very clean and kitchen extremely well-stocked. We all appreciated the hot-tub after skiing, and the beds were super comfortable. We would 100% recommend this home and will absolutely try to book again on our next visit to Park City.

We rented this house for out family spring break ski trip . The house was perfect for us . Well stocked , clean and great location . We shipped our ski stuff up so it would arrive about the time we did . Tom was our point of contact for any questions we had . He made sure it was put away securely when ur arrived and was available if we needed anything . I can’t say enough good things this house , the owner or caretaker . Would highly recommend. Julie R.
